Adorable Tiny House Built By Love, Family and Community

Тәжірибелік нұсқаулар және стиль

This tiny house is beautiful. It's cleverly designed, skilfully built, warm, well insulated and cosy. What truly makes it a home though is the story of it's DIY construction and how a loving and supportive family and community came together to make this young woman's dream possible.

I will never understand the people who make rude, unkind remarks about the folks who’s tiny home sits on land owned by their parents. In many countries, it’s a time honored tradition amongst farm and ranch families with 3 or more generations sharing the land, but each in their own house. I think the ones who attack these folks are just spitefully jealous. Sad. I love that this young lady’s family helped her achieve her dream.

Robin Corprew sure she is blessed. That’s what family is all about. Helping each other. Especially a parent to a child? It doesn’t seem like she is anything short of grateful and extremely appreciative. She didn’t need to mention the loan from her parents but she did. And a loan is just that. How do you know she isn’t making monthly installments to them? And paying for her portion of electric? You seem almost angry or jealous that she has parents that are able to do that for her. My mom is not able to ever or has ever been able to help me with money once in my life. It doesn’t make me bitter when I see someone that does have parents who have the finances to help them.

A very happy Thanksgiving to all of you! This is a very special Thanksgiving for me, because it's actually my very first one that I will celebrate in the USA! I have an Auntie who lives in Missouri and I have travelled to spend the day with her and my Uncle. She has lived in the US for a long time, and this is the first Thanksgiving that she will share with one of her New Zealand family members, so it's a very special occasion for us. I think this could be one of my favourite holidays. It's not about presents or anything superficial, just good food, connecting with loved ones and taking a bit of time out to reflect on the things that we can be thankful for in life. One of the things that I am very grateful for in life is all of you who subscribe, watch, like and share my videos and contribute to making this show possible. Thanks and love to you all!

Favorite tiny house story for me, I think, because this home is not just a house made of lumber & supplies, but a dwelling place knit together with love. Also, in a time when too many young women wait to buy (or build) a house until they collide with the "right" person, this young woman has a relationship with family, friends & this home that love helped build, so she's not just in limbo, but living. I love that!

Emily Che Oh my goodness, Emily, I just have to laugh!!! I made some comments, and after I posted I am reading through other viewers comments and just saw yours. It is crazy, but we wrote almost exactly the same things-ha,ha!! That has never happened to me before, but I guess it just confirms what is portrayed in this video. At first I thought the size of the house was much too small-for me, the one thing I really would want is a comfortable sofa, one that a person can lay back on and lounge with a good book on a cold, rainy day. And that sofa in this Tiny House just does not seem comfortable at all. But then after viewing the entire video the entire house just seems super cozy, and it fits the owners personality. She seems like a very kind, gentle spirit and that feeling is clearly reflected all throughout the video.

I was telling about these videos to a friend of mine and he is recovering from a spine surgery and is disabled at the moment. He says these videos disheartened him because all the videos seem like despite these houses being on a level by the nature of the whole shipping container style housing, they are clearly for able bodied people. I would love to see some videos of tiny houses owned by people with mobility issues and I sure hope they exist!

Out of the many Tiny Homes Ive seen so far - this is one of my top favorites. I love every detail about this house, and never mind the land that it sits on - its like living in your very own private Paradise. 🏡❤ My apartment is 2,000 sq feet and my mom keeps telling me " _how do you live in such a small place? its asphyxiating! You need to look for something bigger._ " - she doesnt know it yet, but Im moving into a 700 sq ft place within the next 3 weeks. SURPRISE MOM! ( _I bet she'll avoid visiting me after this!_ ) 😁

I live in senior housing...in a 320 sq.foot apt. It almost feels like a tiny home. But I'm three stories up and not at all easily accesable (spell?) to the earth. I just put 12 small pots out on the balcony and planted them with veggie seeds and a few plants...
