It's for bonding. A lot of human mothers massage their infants as a bonding activity. It calms them and gives them the comfort and security of their mother's touch. My husband is a pediatrician and he recommends massaging an infant after a bath or as part of their bedtime 🌙 routine because it relaxes them and they sleep better. Lyly is still an infant so I'm sure she gets the same benefits. Take care & be well

Why does it matter where she bathes her? At least she bathes her and the monkey seems to enjoy it. It's no different than bathing your dog outside.
