ADONAN TANPA ULEN 3in1 (Bisa untuk Donat , Roti dan Pizza) ala LC

ADONAN TANPA ULEN ala LC
========================
'Lily Chan's kitchen
BAHAN :
350gr Terigu cakra
60gr Gula pasir
1 telur ukuran sedang (suhu ruang/tidak dingin)
1 sachet Susu Bubuk dancow
175ml air hangat (jangan panas)
7gr ragi (bisa pakai merek FERMIPAN/SAF INSTANT)
45gr margarin
Cara :
1. Masukkan ragi + 1 sdm gula (ambil dari 60gr gula) ke dalam gelas berisi air hangat. Tutup diamkan 6-7 menit.
2. Campur tepung, susu, sisa gula jadi satu, Tuang campuran ragi ke dalam campuran bahan kerng.
3. Tambahkan telur, lalu aduk menggunakan sendok hingga tercampur rata.
4. Tambahkan margarin, kali ini gunakan tangan untuk mencampur margarin dengan adonan, remas2 saja asal tercampur rata. bulatkan adonan ke tengah wadah.
(Jangan khawatir, ditahap ini adonan memang akan terlihat lengket dan tidak kalis)
5. Tutup dengan plastic wrap / serbet lembab. Diamkan 15 menit.
6. Dengan bantuan spatula , tuang adonan ke atas permukaan datar bertabur terigu. Taburi permukaan adonan dengan terigu, gilas adonan dengan rolling pin. (Jika ada bagian yg lengket , taburi terigu tipis2 sambil dipipihkan)
7. Cetak menggunakan donat cutter , Celupkan cetakan ke tepung kering setiap selesai mencetak 1 donat , agar cetakan tidak lengket.
8. Tutup donat yang sudah dicetak dengan plastik yang sdh ditaburi terigu tipis2 agar tidak lengket. Diamkan donat minimal 15 menit , lebih lama lebih baik.
9. Goreng donat dengan api sedang.
Jika untuk roti , setelah langkah ke 6 , bentuk roti dan diamkan dengan tutup plastik smp mengembang selama 15 menit , sesudah itu oles susu cair dan oven dengan suhu 190-200 lamanya sesuai oven masing2 (ga lebih dari 30 menit) .
Ssdh matang olesi dengan mentega cair. Yang pakai otang (oven tangkring panggang di rak tengah 15 menit , ssdh itu rak atas sampai atasnya coklat keemasan.
Jika untuk pizza , kurangi gulanya. setelah langkah ke 6 langsung bisa dipakai. Oven dengan suhu 200 derajat celcius selama kurleb 15-20 menit.

    Puji Tuhan sukses. Mkasih resepnya ya ci.. Orang2 rumah pd syuka. Apa lagi saya, dah bkinnya gampang, hemat tenaga, hemat waktu, hasilnya mantull soft. Sempat kelupaan terigu protein tingginya, untungnya sblm mentega masuk jadi masuknya menyusul xixixi.... Ketar ketir takut keras dll tyt sukses.....     Kurang lebih 15 menit. Tapi tergantung suhu ruangan juga. Kalo dingin jelas butuh waktu lebih lama. Kelamaan takutnya asem nt.

    Ci lili, mkasih resep roti nya, sy udah coba pake resep ini tiga kali, bahan nya simple, cara nya gampang, cuman bentuk nya blum bagus, Hahaha......     Hehehe 😁👍. Terigu segitiga dibanding cakra, ga terlalu doyan air. Jadi adonan segitiga biasanya dikiiiiiit lbh lembek. Kalau mau gampang dibentuk, airnya kurangi aja 1-2 sdm.

    Jangan menilai orang dari jari2nya bun, tapi nilailah orang dari nafsu makannya 😁. Kalo rahasia Sari Roti ya jangan tanya ke sana bun hehhee khan itu rahasia mereka. Tapi yang bikin empuk itu kalo ga resep takarannya yang pas ya alasan lain karena pake bread improver (pengembang dan pengempuk).

    aku dh coba resep ini dan tehnik nya, jujur ini tuh tehnik nya dijamin gk bakalan gagal bkin roti, slama ne aku klo bkin roti tuh gagal trz slalu keras. tpi pke tehnik ini asli roti ku berhasil gk keras, tpi texture dalam nya mank kering gtu yah.

    +Akiah Kimplus kalau segitiga aja emang bisa jadi tapi lebih bagus hasilnya cakra. Kalau dimakan ga seret hari ke 2nya. Bukan seret gimana tapi semacam padat. Empuknya tetep empuk. Ini resep sederhana. Kalau mau lbh enak ya tambah susunya atau margarin ganti butter. Pasti lebih enak lagi hehehe

    Sebisanya pakai yang bubuk. Karena susu kental manis itu komposisinya 90 persen gula. Jadi rasa susunya kurang tidak seperti susu bubuk.

    airnya mungkin kepanasan jadi raginya mati. Panaskan air di panci tangkai 5 detik aja , seperti air yang dijemur bentar di panas matahari jadi bukan hangat seperti bikin koppi , pasti mati hehehe Kalau step sama dan ragi berbusa pasti jadi. Coba klik link di bagian bawah resep (di deskripsi) ada link TIPS di FB saya , boleh dibaca2 biar tidak gagal.

    Boleh koq. Cuma untuk hasil terbaik pakai campuran atau cakra. Tapi pake terigu biasa/segitiga jadi juga koq. Banyak yg sudah coba.

Add yeast + 1 tablespoon sugar (take from 60 grams of sugar) into a glass of warm water. 2. Cover, set aside for 6-7 minutes 3. If the yeast active it will be foamy. If the yeast is not foamy, it means the yeast is not good to use, if you insist to use it, the dough won't rise at all. Water temperature is important too. Not too hot, because the yeast won't be active. If the water too cold, yeast will not be active quick enough / long active. The right temperature is when you put your finger in the water feels slightly warm, and the finger feels comfortable. 4. Mix flour, milk and leftover sugar in one bowl. 5. Pour the yeast mixture into the dry ingredients mixture. 6. Then add the egg, stir using a spoon until evenly mixed. 7. Add margarine, this time use your hands to mix margarine with the mixture, squeeze it just as long as it is evenly mixed. 8. The dough will look not smooth and still sticky. 9. Try to round / gather it to the center of the bowl. 10. Cover with a plastic wrap / damp cloth. Leave it for 15 minutes. 11. After 15 minutes the mixture will expand, but not twice as much. 12. With the help of a spatula, pour the mixture onto a flat surface dusted with flour. 13, Sprinkle the surface of the mixture with thin flour only. 14. If there are sticky parts, sprinkle thin flour while flattened If you don't use a donut cutter, in this section please make the dough round. Additional tips: If you want the donut surface to be smooth, at this stage, fold the mixture 3-4 times without adding flour to the dough (sprinkling) do not forget to always dust the rolling pin with some flour to prevent sticking. 15. If you use a donut cutter (donut mold) roll the dough with a roller pin with a thickness of approximately 1 cm. 16. Then cut it using a donut cutter, the dough that is not cut in one piece, knead it again until it can be cut again. Repeat until the dough is all cutted. Dip the mold into dry flour after finished cutting 1 donut, so that the mold is not sticky to the mixture. 17. Cover the donuts that have been cutted with plastic that has been sprinkled with thin flour so it won't stick. Let the donut rise for at least 15 minutes, or adjust with room temperature. The right proofing donuts will produce a white ring around the donut. But it doesn't show up. It doesn't mean it failed. 18. After 15 minutes the donut will expand. Don't worry if you expand it in a short cylindrical shape. If later the donut fried will round itself up. 19. Fry the donuts in oil with medium heat, low heat (don't overheat, donuts will burn easily. Also use new oil for better results). 20. Don't flip the donut if the part facing down hasn't turned golden. Donuts that are turned too often when frying will absorb a lot of oil. 21. Save donuts that have lost heat in a closed container to keep them soft. Donuts are ready to be given a topping / glaze For approximately 20 donuts This dough can also be used for bread and pizza - if for pizza it can reduce the amount of sugar, after first proofing it can be used immediately. - For bread, just like donuts 2 times proofing, only the difference between donuts is shaped round holes, bread shapes according to taste. Brush with milk after the second proofing. Oven until cooked at a temperature of 190-200 degrees (depends on the oven). Remove from the oven and brush the breads with melted butter.
