This adobong manok recipe is so delicious. My family love this and once a week I cook this. So flavorful.
Adobong Manok
1 whole chicken ( free range)
2 TBs coconut oil
2 pcs onion medium
1/2 clove onion
1 TB salt (Himalayan salt)
1 TB garlic powder
2 to 3 TBs soysauce
1/2 cup vinegar
1 cup water ( separate to 2 one half cup)
3 pcs bay leaves
1 siling haba ( optional )
