Adobe Premiere Pro CC - Basic Editing for Beginners

In this tutorial I go over the simplest way to get started editing in Adobe Premiere CC. Questions? Comment below!
The version I'm using in the video is CC 2017, but most (if not all) of the steps I walk through are applicable to earlier and later versions of Premiere.

Your soft 'pace' of teaching is easy to digest and learn. Another element I also liked was 'recap summary' that you also go over. Great! Keep that flow. Look forward to more. thanks

Finally an actual "beginner" video, the other "beginner" videos must assume you already have the knowledge of how to import a video clip

Thank you so much, I've been having so much trouble wondering where to start and not getting anywhere. I didn't think I could do it but this little 12 minute video you did has convinced me that I can. Thank you again I'll be watching closely.

Thank you. I’m about to do a video project at school and I needed to learn how to use Adobe Premier. This really helps me out a lot. It’s so simple and your explanations were perfect

That visualization of the two screens changed my entire outlook on the program. It always seemed so much, but the way you compartmentalized the two different systems made so much sense to my eyes and brain. I literally gasped.

You just gain a new subscriber, Nathan. This video was uploaded in August 2017 (more than 5 years ago) and is still very relevant till now. Nathan, you are a legendary teacher. I wish I could double-like this video. Thank you.

As someone who has neither worked with premier pro, nor watched any tutorials on it, I can confidently say that this was a very helpful tutorial. I also really enjoyed the pace and the detailed explanation of the small details which are the foundation of premier pro. Keep up the outstanding work!
