how can I align cells within a table. If I hold shift and slide the cell over there is a buffer space and I can't get it to line up with the cell above?

You select only one cell and on top, next to stroke options where there's a square with a vertical and horizontal line, you select the outside lines only (will be highlighted blue when selected) Note that first, you should edit the whole table (to have no stroke in your case) and then edit the single cell you want to have stroke. Hope it's understandable

At 5:15 he points out row height. It says "at least" but you can change that to "exactly" if you want to specify an exact amount rather than a minimum.

Curmudgeonly thoughts. The instruction was sharp, and helpful. The "packaging" of the video was a loud distraction. A little cred is lost when you ask for and say you'll answer questions and then the only 3 recent replies from you are to soak up praise. Not a big deal -- but then we only see bits & pieces of you and judge based on what we do see.
