Adobado Recipe | SIMPOL | CHEF TATUNG

Hindi adobo pero ADOBADO, a simpol version of Chef Tatung from Ilocos Sur’s popular dish. A perfect dish you can try para sa busog na salo-salo ng buong pamilya!
Ingredients:
- 1KL Pork belly adobo cut
- 2 Pcs red onion sliced
- 5 cloves garlic mash
- 1/2 Cup soy sauce
- 1/2 cup vinegar
- 1/3 cup banana ketchup
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup water
- 1/3 cup crack black pepper
- pinch of salt
- 7 pcs plantin or saging saba
*PS: This is not the authentic recipe of Ilocos Sur’s Adobado but our own version.

    Para kang nanay ko magluto Chef, she's gone matagal ko na namiss yung ganyang ulam. She is from Iloilo pero matamis yang ganyang luto nya ng pork minsan nga pata or laman, pork belly kadalasan. I will cook this tomorrow! Dinuduyan at narerelax na naman kami sa panunuod sa simpol na luto mo. Napakarami pong saging na saba sa paligid namin, tipid meal na namin yan! Maraming salamat sa simpol yet amazing videos mo nakakatuwa lahat ng napapanuod namin, kahit mga boys ko pinapanood and ginagaya ang food prep❤

    Sarap...common pala sa Ilocos na lagyan ng saging na saba ang adobo. Samin kasi sa Bicol ginagawa na namin yan, pinagkaiba lang hinog na saba (not over ripe) at di na nilalagyan ng asukal kasi yung tamis ng hinog na saba ang nagpapatamis na sa adobo. Or hiwalay ang saba, prito na manibal na saba ang partner ng adobo. 😅
