Know about the fears, know about the anxieties, know about the relieve and happiness after going through these stressful moments, when arriving in a beautiful space!! Good on you for pushing through the discomfort and continuing on. I remember a few years ago flying from Australia to San Fran on my own and when I finally arrived, I had that same feeling. But I knew it would pass and it was likely jetlag and change etc. so slept it off and then had the time of my life. Never stop challenging yourself!

I agree with this stamens about fear. Fear is ego-based,, or your inner child that does not understand reality, or how the world works. As an adult, we know better. Never give into fear when setting positive goals for yourself. Your ego will often try to make excuses that are fear-based.

I just discovered your channel. You are so cute and crack me up. Thank you so much for this video. I needed to hear this. I am 52yo and going on 12 years again by myself and still am not adjusting to being alone. Lost everything in my life at this point accept my son but he is married and too busy. I have been contemplating vanlife and turning my life into an adventure like you. If I could figure out how to do it with no money I would be gone already but that is the huge obstacle for me. How do vanlifers make money??? Gas is not cheap.

  • @AquariusCrystalwave

You are strong for continuing on, always believe in yourself and find the magic in life in the slower and more ordinary part of life and often that can ground us as everything is within our minds how we project onto the things we experience. We definitely have more power than we often realize. And as you said, you are considering starting vanlife and doing what you feel may be exciting for you. I would defintely say you could start cheaper - for example for myself I went with a Toyota sienna minivan so that even if I have less space I can have the reliability, stealth, and gas mileage of a smaller car. That allows me to be able to DoorDash (and other food delivery options) to make money without spending too much on gas and such - so I'd definitely consider looking into if perhaps a more minimal minivan type of arrangement could work for you. I'll probably put another vantour up at some point in the future of a more updated version of my car as boy, was I mistaken about the initial no-build "build" but leaving room to adjust and adapt to the changes life throws at us is the beauty of life. One thing I would say is definitely be aware that vanlife, like anything in life, is merely a vessel, and our true inner peace and contentment come from within our own minds - so if you look at it as merely a way to allow ourselves to get out there and not the answer to all of our problems as some often mistaken, you will find you can grow and gain so much from all the experiences that come to you, just by having an open heart and no expectations 💚💙❤️ I hope you are able to find something that works for you and know that as long as the internet and people exist, you are never truly alone 🦊🌈 have a blessed day!

I really love your videos, i find really beautiful the way you share your insightful thoughts about your journey with us. Watching you reminds me to connect with my self and my feelings, it is a lovely way to close the week. I didn't know i needed to hear someone to talk about holidays without a parent until i watched this. My mom passed away early this year and I've been feeling really uncomfortable with my family talking about celebrating holidays as usual. I just don't want to feel obligated to be excited about this season, and I kind of started feeling guilty for not being sure if I wanted to celebrate at all. So i felt a lot of validation hearing you say that this is indeed a point of transition with traditions and celebrations, and that's okay. I'm still figuring a lot out and I wanted to thank you for sharing your journey in such depth because in doing so, you are kind of accompanying me in mine. Big hug from Mexico 💕 -Sam

You should go across I-70 from Utah to Denver. Beautiful scenery. You'll enjoy it, I promise.

@@annauncharted That's good if i may make a suggestion when you get where going you should shut your van up tight and put a dehumidifier inside to draw all the dampness from behind the wood in the cabinet you can't see.

We are considering building a shuttle bus out mainly so that I can have a shower. 6 days is just too long for me to go without a shower! Safe travels.
