    What size stock did you use for the inner angle of the angle iron? Is that 3/16"? What are the dimensions of the angle iron?

    The inner angle stock is 6mm (1/4 inch), and the angle iron is 50mm (2 inch)

    @@HTSTAAL Thanks. Does the inner angle stock allow it to slide more smoothly than if you just had the angle iron and nothing else? What thickness is the angle iron? This was a very interesting way to do a jig.

    @@Mike-mu4cv yes it does, without it the inner radius tends to want hang up on the top edge of the vise jaws. The angle iron thickness is also 1/4inch.

    Hi sorry for the super late reply, it's just normal matt black spray paint, unnecessary step though, purely aesthetic.
