Adirondack Tarp Shelter In The Rain Storm

I head out into the woods to hang out at one of my favourite spots to go, and have hot drink in peace. This is my first attempt on setting up the adirondack tarp shelter. I was hoping snow I can set this shelter up. But instead we got rain for the Christmas break.

I love having breakfast in the wilderness. Thank you for having my favorite music, natural sounds premiering the rain, but also working with your gear and gathering dried wood. Also, your type of narative is my favorite for this type of vidoe - no speaking just actions. Thank you.

When it's raining so I don't have to tie knots I just use a couple of clothes pins. Makes things easier after I tie my line.

In our GO bags I put some clothes pins in the bags so if I need to set up a tarp fast I use the pins to get the tarp up really fast.

Very artistic video.... seems a lot of thought went into filming a simple concept. A simple but favourite of many...taking shelter with warmth and a hot drink listening to the rain... love it.

Good job finding something the burn in those conditions, Joe. It's kind of crazy being able to push sticks into the ground in late December. Great that you got out, though. Thanks for the video. 👍🙂☕
