Firstly, thank you to @Benjamin Clementine for his beautiful song "ADIOS".
We are huge fans of his work and felt even more inspired to create a dance piece and film that would hopefully pay tribute to his song in the best way we could. Thank you.
This was a personal project me and Alexa created and something we've been wanting to do for months!
Choreographed/produced and co-directed by Alexa Olivier.
I cannot wait to see what else we create in the future.

This was a great project for us to work on and push ourselves to break out of habits we tend to get into when creating a dance video. @Benjamin Clementine song allowed us to explore more filmic scenes especially in his monologue portion of the video. That's the nice thing about most dance videos, you don't have to worry about capturing audio all that much on the day of the shoot lol. Which was nice because it allowed me to focus on just capturing video. The sun set before we could finish our shot list and there are lighting inconsistencies but we made it work the best we could in editing and I think its even better now because of the limitations and obstacles. I love when things work out like that.
