rather than the strickland approach? mock the hell out of the guy, talk shit for 2 minutes, then genuinely go hard af on him (probably 90%) trying to prove something (against a streamer)? yes I prefer the OMalley approach, treat it like a respectful light spar, dont try to hurt him, and give him lots of chances to stand up. this could have been way worse but sean's cool like that

Tired of this argument. I've seen a lot of fans and randos spar with fighters. Adin isn't exactly a good representative of the average dude. Sean has sparred tons of lighter people than adin while going a bit harder and they perform better with just mininal experience.
