Those intangible elements are important. You don’t need to have a good relationship with your security team, but it might be a good idea. Dababy & Floyd mayweather are examples of how not to treat your security. I can look at my security and pick up on their non verbal cues when we need to get the f out of a dangerous situation. If you have 6 security guards, you should have at least two women in plain clothes and 4 men in suits. Having female security that are unassuming and unexpected allow you case an entire building/ space and all it’s blind spots without raising attention.
