Makes me wanna get one tomorrow. Looks like it can compete with the UB v1 or V4 and I like the Light Boost compared to the original boost material or the UB21/22 because they get yellowed out pretty fast. Good job on the review. This will definitely on my radar to add to my Comfy Era shoes.

Will definitely get these. Love Boost tech, have UB19 & 20, Retropy E5, Terrex Free Hiker GTX all with Boost, even my bicycle has a BASF Boost saddle❗️It was Saucony though that really perfected the formula for running with their Boost PWRRUN foam.

QOTD: Nightwing cause Chris. (I hadn't heard of either of these characters.) Ultraboost 1.0 and 2.0 were my favorites back when--"boost is life," to quote Mr. Foamer Simpson. Eventually I moved away from them because they were expensive, didn't last super long, and once they started losing springiness, the transition to dead and painful was quick. I'd give these a try, though. It's a nice-looking silhouette. Thanks for the video! Here's my comment and there's my like.

Nightwing all day. I always wanted to see Nightwing in the movies. The closest we got was in Batman & Robin when they had Chris O'Donnell wear that Nightwing costume, but it had a Robin cape and the name was still Robin. I always thought Zack Efron would've been a good Dick Grayson/Robin/Nightwing.

Recently replaced my well worn ultraboost 21 with some NB 1080v13, nd ngl these things are mad squishy almost like foam runners fr. We'll see how they hold up but so far they nice 👌🏽

I wish they made these but with proper xdr type outsoles without the holes in the bottom that show the boost. My issue with these is they cost so much bust last half as long as some New Balances. They really are so comfy though.

Best shoes for me have been the UB20 bought 5 pairs when they were available and still good, I did replace the insoles though, but that sole still going strong 💪🏽

Yeah boost is heavy but lasts so long, recently got the ultraboost light and it's much softer. Interesting to check this one out

Boost is outdated tech. New Balance Fuel Cell tech is the new King.

UB 5 looks primed for that intersection of casual and running where the best of the UB line lives

Tried both the 5 & 5x. 5x is a tad more bouncy & more comfy for me. went TTS & i have wide feet

Design looks a little generic to me, but I am interested in trying a pair and seeing how they feel. Haven't liked the ultra boost since they changed to the thicker boost sole and felt like it it didn't compress enough

Idk about these. The last boost I bought(and loved) were the 20s. I will keep my eye out for future colorways

Nightwing wins, simple as that, Bucky gonna have to hold that L. Great review! I order my pair today and then immediately saw your review after I ordered lol. I'm curious to see how these turn out. Adidas has way more than 5 ultraboost models but they only count the major model changes. I guess they only want to count boost midsole changes as different model numbers. The big thing I remember about the original 1.0's was that the outsole wasn't continental rubber and that it how the rubber protrude out which made it look like spikes. Also I believe this is the fastest change between model styles. Based on their number the original 1's lasted 4 years from 2015 till 2019. The 19 you could argue lasted from 19 until 21 as the 20's were basically just a different prime knit upper but same boost midsole (mostly). Same for 21's lasted until 23 with the introduction of light boost.

Adidas should bring back the OG Pureboost. Those half balls were like setting up a claymore facing you, never ended well. Bucky don't stand a chance.

The different between ultraboost years like 21 and 22 and 23 And the ultraboost indvidaul numbers like 2, 3, 4, and, 5 Is simply the tech under the midsole The adidas boost with years model had the Adidas lep system Which is more like carbon fiber plate from running gives you a push But ultraboost with model with Indvidaul numbers Had adidas torsion system midsole tech which is better for casual use and smoother transaction .

I wonder if they scrapped the ultraboost 23/24… these have a completely different outsole

my favorite thing about the character Nightwing is that sports analysts love saying “Batman and Robin” for a duo when “Batman and Nightwing” could be less insulting and more accurate in some cases …but Nightwing is getting washed by Winter Soldier, he’s an actual killer

The 5X removed the cage to reduce weight. 5X is said to be the pure performance version whereas the 5 is for performance and lifestyle.

These look more similar to the nike zoom X midsoles especially the front half
