I played through two seasons now with this shoe and I have to say I absolutely love these cleats. The energy sling really holds down the foot nicely and I am to be more agile in these boots than any others. I've tried other cleats but ever since I had the Nitrocharges I can not go back to a boot without the energy sling. It really does make a difference and I absolutely love it.

Finally Josh my man.

Both these & the Predator Instinct have extremely soft hybridtouch in the toe box fantastic for accuracy & touch. However I have found that the biggest drawback for both the Instincts & Nitrocharges is that the protection if stepped on or hit in the toes area is zero due to this thinness & softness, even with the pads for the Nitrocharge. Very painful & can cause black toe if stepped on. Nitrocharge is still one of the best fitting & best performing boots I have ever played in though.

Josh, do you think the Mercurials are worth buying now that there's the Hypervenoms? I mean they're both light weight boots, cost the same, but the Hypervenoms give you a better tough on the ball with NikeSkin.

The nike tiempo legacy is a excellent pair of boots. Only difference I would say is the leather legend is kangaroo leather and legacy is calf skin leather also acc on the legend legacy is still a excellent take down it still could be a high end boot eg: the evo speed 1.12 is made out of calf skin leather

They are annoying to clean I got the same the mesh is little holes which get full of mud so then you have to use a toothbrush

I personally prefer the Preds in general, but you can get a comfortable fit from either shoe.

When I say touch, I'm not talking about whether or not the shoe is going to make your touch better or worse, because you're right, no shoe will do that for you. What I'm talking about is the quality of the feel, which isn't necessarily going to make your touch better or worse, but is definitely important info if you plan on dropping $200 on a pair of shoes. You can certainly be more comfortable in one pair of shoes versus another, and that all has to do with the feel of the shoes.
