This channel has single handedly changed my perception on "sneaker KZread". I thought it was all hype and speculation, but thanks to you I discovered it could be about passion, nostalgia and objective appreciation for quality and craft. I actually bought a shoe you guys reviewed, because of how genuine your approach is. So massive big ups! Love from Brussels, Belgium!

I have always appreciated how Dame's signature models incorporate each shoes theme and how strongly it is a part of who he is.

Ah, been waiting for these! Love seeing what they do with the new Dame and the 7 was such a half-step. Did you know an elephant can smell water from 12 miles away? 😂

I purchased the Game Day insole and would highly recommend them to anyone who is considering a purchase. For me, they did not raise my foot high enough to cause any discomfort from the upper or unwanted snugness.

That outsole looks super aggressive and awesome!! Love the sculpting on the inside…or at least what you can see. Cant believe he’s on his 8th shoe…that’s awesome!!!

wow, to have the DAME DOLLA showing love to your hands-on review is.. Next Level! this is actually really good and I am looking forward to try it as my last Basketball shoe now destroyed.

Wide Foot Hooper checking in: Having played in the Dame 5 and 7 EXT Play, I am excited for the return to bounce (or Bounce Pro in this case). There was a noticeable difference (read: bad) in cushioning response when they went to Lightstrike. Can't wait to see the performance review on these!

@weartesters can you consider creating a playlist/hashtag for wide-foot friendly shoes? There is nothing harder than finding hoop shoes that work for us boat-footed individuals and having leaned on your reviews for the past 5 years, your take on fit is always on point and helps us pick the proper shoe without the hassle.

@@akimyo The way i go about it is that i just read/watch the reviews of the most recommended shoes and usually you are getting enough Info on the fit to make a good judgement. If i read it fits narrow i immediatly pull it off my list. If they say its wide footer friendly it is added to the list. Then i usually have like 4ish options, from that list i usually get me the most bang/buck option. My rotation is: Reebok Clyde Hardwood (Inner strap cuts into foot a little bit, works for me, could be a problem though), Puma Clyde Allpro (I think i took half a size too big so front fit is a little weird, side fit is good though), Adidas T-Mac Millenium (very wide shoe with weird fit in the toebox) and i still rock a Adidas Dame 2 (Top 3 Basketball shoe all-time for me, i love it soo much). I also love my Adidas Dame 5 (super comfy, you feel like stepping into a cloud). Big shout out to @weartesters and especially nightwing. I never buy performance shoes without checking his reviews first. If there is something weird going on with a shoe, even if its just a minor thing, you will know about it. I have never been surprised by any shoe i bought, because i knew exactly what i was getting into, literallly. If i could trust everybody in my life like i trust nightwings judgement on shoes, my life would be perfect.

Nightwing, got me two pairs of the Move insoles based off your suggestions and they are awesome. Thinking of getting the Pro version next!

as soon as i saw them shoes,they reminded me of the zion ....after watching ur review, i must say that not only that but.also the curve on the heel reminded me of the aj13 and the sole of the aj11...although these look comfortable,by far, in my opinion, the dame4 is still my favourite looking dame shoe. hope to see a performance review on these. thanks for all ur hard work guys

Another GREAT VID!!! These put me in the mind of ZION'S shoes maybe because of the color way and the bolts

The really remind me of the Jordan Zion 1s. The midsole, outsole, even the textile uppers look really similar to those shoes. Plus those Zion 1s have the most bounce I've felt, at least compared to the shoes I've purchased this year.

Got the 5, People's Champ colorway, and they're bulky and kinda heavy. These look way lighter and more confortable! Great review!!!

My latest shoe with a drop-in midsole would be the Nike GT Cut. Still my go-to shoe for playing ball, always in my gym bag.

These shoes look great and look better than, the Zions imo. They got rid of lightstrike! I really didn't like lightstrike because, it didn't absorb as much shock and left my legs a little sore. After awhile, lightstrike would squeak and I got annoyed and put my Dame 6 and 7 into retirement. Thank you Dame and Addias for bringing back Bounce cushion!!!!

I got the Dame 6 late in its release cycle which coincided with the Dame 7 drop. From a look perspective I liked the Dame 7 more and was ready to like it more than the Dame 6. After using them both for the better part of the pandemic the 7 felt underwhelming for me while the Dame 6 became a favorite. Hoping for better things from the Dame 8.

I like the Don Issue 3 Bel-Air Prep color ways. I'm waiting for them to go on sale before I buy them. They're still retail here. The dame is cool too.

@@Drew.Whitcomb def understand but I went to Venice in May. They had rims on the hoops . Just got back from LA Sunday. Went out and about and watched a clippers game. JS I haven’t seen a performance Vid in so long I thought he might have gotten injured. Other Cali KZreadrs have gotten a BUNCH of runs in. Some of those runs are on random small courts or they traveled.

Well most insoles are just lightly spot glued so you can remove them easily. I always salvage the insoles from used shoes in hopes they can be reused.

Living in PDX I'm a Dame fan but never of his shoes. I hope this one is different. I'll have to venture over to the Adidas ES to try a pair of these on...

Is this good for outdoor cement courts? Are these better than dame certified for outdoors?

How does it feel wearing it? Is it as soft like the puma all clyde pro and like the zion or something else?

Obviously I don’t have them in my hands, but they have a Zion feel, at least on top. Maybe just me. But I like these better for sure!

I wish Dame would come to Detroit. A team with Dame, Cade Cunningham and Jeremy Grant would be nice. But I know Dame wants to win and Detroit is still a a year or two from being a legit team. But we can all dream right? Lol.
