My HR and manager had no clue of how to help me even when I specifically told them what I struggled with. Honestly, even a non-adhd person would struggle with what I had on my plate(s). I know that because they would tell me “girl I don’t know how you do it.. I’d go crazy.” Meanwhile, I was going crazy and they didn’t know I had adhd lol .. but my manager did. Get this… her degree was in psychology 😑 and we worked at a community health center… she was a quality manager. Like how do you not know how to accommodate me when I’m literally telling you I’m stressed tf out working in two positions, when I was hired for one position, but also doing 30 other tasks for one position with strict deadlines but also expect me to get everything done by myself because you don’t know how to and won’t hire anyone else and when I draft out instructions for how an intern can help, you won’t let them help me 🙃 anyways… I have a new job now thankfully because I was about to hit them with a lawsuit for not accommodating my adhd and making me work a full time position AND a part time position, while only getting paid for my full time position (I never signed anything to be part of the part time position.. at all.. they threw it on me)

I'd love an HR position with ADHD online. I was diagnosed at age 57 with ADHD.
