I do like seeing your AdMech out, you're right, 18 breachers are a strong build, but probably not fun! That was brilliant to watch as always, lovely looking armies and a lovely opponent, once again a nail biting finish. I think the secondaries from Leviathan make for interesting games.

Shoutout to @rgbminiatures… your channel is really cool. I like the short-and-to-the-point videos, which is refreshing in a world of often 20-30+ min painting videos on KZread. Cool to see your army on the channel.

Small tip. The robots reflect mortal wounds on any save now, not just in vulnerable. Wonderful to see you playing admech again. Your videos back in 8th edition help me learn this game and fall in love with this faction. I hope you read this comment and it helps you remember. That way I can help you like you helped me. I think 40k AdMech should be able to take Horus Hersey 30k robots in their army. Finally having some new units to round out the army would be fantastic, thematically it makes sense that the Mechanicus would preserve and use some ancient machines, and all it would take is GW writing some datasheets for models that already exist.

My word this was promised sooooo long ago, Fires of Rubicon or something it was called, never happened and Ad Mech have suffered ever since. Hopefully with some plastic Mechanicus coming this year they might change? But doubtful with the codex already being out

@@Teemkill it is just silly from a business perspective that they would completely ignore an obvious method to boost AdMech sales and entice 40k players to start collecting and playing Horus Heresy as well. It's a win-win, and it's honestly mind boggling that they can't just have an intern sit down and write some official data sheets to create an entirely new profit stream from something they are already producing to begin with.

Yes AdMech! And Necrons. 2 of my armies, ha. Thanks for this upload. I really want to make AdMech work as well. Hope your weekend is going well.

I started watching your channel a decent number of years ago and you have always been my favorite wargamer. You are the channel that introduced me to the hobby. I was especially fond of the Penitent Forge in 8th edition like when that one Vanguard killed the eldar titan. I am now a collector of Admech, Space Marines, and Votann.

Excellent battle report as ever Winters

Great game and a rare admech win! When I first got into admech I saw on reddit that you were the go to guy for admech battle reports so its great to see you playing them again! Only criticism (which is minor considering the outcome) ionstriders have twin-linked and noticed that was missed a bit, also Cawl's got blast on his gun so shooting into that blob of necrons on turn 2 or 3 would have been like 4 more shots, granted I think this would only have resulted with a few more dead necrons. Nonetheless great postioning and objective scoring!

Another fantastic battle report, as close as close can be! So glad to see the Penitent Forge back, they're the reason I got back into 40k in 8th and chose Ad Mech. Two beautful armies of mechanical dudes, what more could I ask for? Very gracious opponent in RGB too, I'd have been swearing away at my saving throws those first two turns! Ad mech did exactly what you expect of them in 10th. Swarm the board, hard to shift and good at racking up points. But not very killy and almost nothing left by the end as the opponent claws back points. What did you think of all the robots Winters? They did ok, survived a lot of firepower. Wish you'd remembered the mortal wounds on 6s more! Think they'd have taken out 7 warriors in turns 3&4 with that rule alone. Them being twin linked is a bit weird as they need to re-roll to hit much more than they need to re-roll to wound. Appreciate all the great content. ❤🤖

Great game ... That overlord at the end could have given the Lychgaurd Plus one strength and AP for free (battletactic - hungry void strat) at the final attack ... I don't think it would have been enough for 7 wounds though

the Skorpekh destroyer unit could have had 2 plasmacytes, as they were 6 models in the unit. He could have used the second plasmacyte in their second round of combat.

I know 40k channels have been struggling since GW all but killed the game with 9th edition and then buried the corpse with 10th edition, but please get a 4K camera winters. It’s time. I like chilling and watching the occasional game on my big screen. This 1080p stuff doesn’t fly anymore. 202…4K is right in the year there.

No explosions make me sad.
