I've watched this so many times. Adele is such a positive, heartwarming spirit. The reaction she gave the Adele impersonators, who truly gave it all they have, was such a positive and uplifting reaction. Adele is truly an icon.

I can’t show this video to my kids without breaking down into tears. I think it is the joy of music - her voice and the composition of the video. Seeing the other singer reactions - all of it. This video is just perfection

No matter how many times I watch this (and I have watched it A LOT!) I always tear up. It's just so lovely in every way.

Best piece of telly in years, so warm.. Adele is an inspiration and a credit to all women, and her love songs are unifying. I am an 80 yr old git and when I sing my guitar versions of her songs I get an amazing warm response, because her songs are so .beautiful and compelling.

archigirlconcept she was looking at her intently when she was about to sing. And when she opened her mouth, i think that's when she felt really sure it was indeed Adele they're staring at.

This just came up on my feed eight yrs later. This is truly lovely of Adele to show up and sing for these Ladies who adore her so much. 🤗

You cant mimic that voice. True artist and has so much class while being humble.

3:39 This girl actually has great skills. You can see in her eyes, that she knew from "Jenny's" first two sung words that she is Adele. You can not fool her skills. She instantly heared , that this is no "nice" voice, but it is the original Adele.

Yes, she acted as though she was genuinely surprised! This was obviously staged and they all knew from the beginning that undercover Adele was among them. The whole conversation from the start is scripted and acted. But still very enjoyable!

Lucy Collins well, i dunno. I'm italian, and for my latin ears the british eng is the only germanic language they can listen to enjoying. Even if their accent is bad. (after many year of internet, i can distinguish many accent to other, but i can not distinguish the good one from bad one) sorry for my eng ;D

Exactly! Like she literally gets a shock. It's also telling that she already realizes it at her first notes.

This video gets more entertaining the more I watch it. The first woman's reaction is so amusing because she knew immediately but the woman next to her kept saying "No, it's not her". She was in disbelief until Adele kicks off the shoes and then she finally realized it was her.

I often come back to this. Not an Adele fan, but it's just such a nice experience for her fans, it brings tears to my eyes.

Every now and then I come back to this video, just to remember myself angels do walk among us. You are a beautiful soul Adele.

The Adele who figured it out first probably has pretty good ears. The eyes can be fooled but the ears for some reason seem harder to fool some people.

Briguy1027, you're trying to make it seem like sound is so much more important while showing off that you just revealed something so meaningful. But you can tell it's her because she used her real voice, whereas she was different from her real looks. Audio illusions exist too ya know. (Think yanny and laurel)
