I’m very curious to know what the IQ of Adel Aljubeir is. He is one of the most intelligent people I’ve ever listened to and his debating skills on the journalism circuit cannot be rivaled, even by Donald Trump. The reason I say this is that Aljubeir can argue a point calmly and articulately so well, that the interviewer gets fatally wounded without even knowing they were hit. He is a master of language and his mind moves extremely fast. I can’t stop watching him. He’s fascinating.

I am from Bangladesh. I want to say : Keep calm and love the true scholars of islam, who are of course upon the way of the salaf and Alhamdulillah aided in KSA. Keep calm and follow the way of the salaf. Keep calm and follow Islam. Keep calm and hate Alqaieda, isis and etc. Keep calm and love Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. May Allah keep the rulers and the scholars firm upon the correct methodology of the salaf, upon guidance. And may Allah preserve KSA, its scholars, rulers,people and all Muslims in general. May Allah help Adel Al Jubayer. I pray and hope that he keeps beard. No ones perfect. He is good Alhamdulillah and has a long way to go.

Amazing. This 20 minute speech gave me more understanding of Saudi Arabia than my 1 year staying in the country. I liked his response about the issue of women driving. Rather than defending it with religious texts or something as "it is a cause for cancer for women," he says: "It is a social issue, we are working on it, and that change takes time." I understand know.

Well, they did that too in Lebanon, Syria and Iraq. Take Iraq as an example.. Iraq was living in peaceful and safe environment untill Iran decided to move into Iraq. Now, look around and see the impact to Iraq and to the poor iraqi ppl who suffers from poverty, hunger, unsafe, unstable and destroyed country. When you talk about oil in the Eastern part of Saudis and how poor the people are? you better look at iran and the situation of the ppl who lives there. I understand your anger against the Saudis, but you can not blame saudis for that. I remember Adel al-Jubeir being on American TV way back during Desert Storm. He impressed me then, and then we saw him again in the early 2000s and onward with the changes going on in the Middle East. I am very impressed with his knowledge and then renewed my interest in him with the Riyadh Summit. So good to see him as the Saudi Foreign Minister. I appreciate his knowledge, demeanor, soft-spoken voice. He is a very calming presence in a hectic world. Thank you for uploading this speech. I have been adding his speeches to one of my playlists.
