Its the old internet joke. Of all the design channels I've watched; yours is the most enjoyable and well-mannered, and you give thoughtful, reasonable, and knowledgeable advise. You're gentle and playful in your critiques - never nasty or rude - and you always acknowledge the fact that tastes differ. So, while I don't always agree with your opinions; I do respect them. And, I always look forward to each week's video. I find it bizarre that anyone finds your comments so very 'controversial'. Some of us, maybe, need to lighten up a bit. Or get a helmet. :)

As an ADHD person I think your advise about hiding the clutter was very on point. Yeah, I get to forgot where things went veeeery often. But you know what is worse? Distractions. The environment which is disturbing my focus is worse than forgetting where I put my clutter. So, thank you for this advise, I took it and I applied it during my recent makeover and I’m loving it!

Yeah, I feel like for us ADHDers there’s a good middle ground. Maybe all the power cords go in a box with neatly printed label? Or we just remember that all our art supplies are in a certain basket. Less visible clutter but not such a fussy system to be a barrier to using our stuff.

Yes! Same, adhd too. As I get older the more I feel the clutter needs to go. I used to be able to deal with it, but we've downsized to a smaller house. Which is actually a really good thing for organization, definitelyrecommend it. It forces you to not collect things unnecessarily.

I hired a professional organizer to help with my ADHD... she got me lots of closed storage, but with properly sized bins so that as soon as you open a cabinet, you know exactly what you're looking at. She also got me a bunch of flip-down work surfaces so that I could have all my stuff out when I was working on something, but it could all get hidden away when I wasn't working on it. And it had a place to go that wasn't the kitchen counter.

Hello from a millenial plant lover 💚 A possible explanation of plant overuse which has nothing to do with boho/jungalow: I used to have a plant filled apartment when living on 8th floor, and it kept me sane because all I was seeing out of my windows was another (ugly) concrete buildings. Then after moving to a way more natural surroundings on a 2nd floor, where there are nice tall green trees all the way around, a kept only a small percentage of my plants. I love them quite the same as the trees outside. So in some cases it could be just a natural need for connection with the Earth, not really a design choice 😉

I've enjoyed plants before it was a trend, but folks really went wild when the public discovered that they can keep plants indoors AND discovered that they have enough time to keep +200 of them alive. My only issue with this is that people were throwing so much money away on plants, and calling is "self-care". And instead of having a touch of nature in an otherwise sterile bedroom or living space, it was rows and rows of cluttered plants 60% of which don't even look healthy anyways. That or folks were so busy propagating that only a very few of their plants actually looked good. Even as a person who likes plant (I find the term "plant dad" or "plant parent" a bit cliquey and cringy), your plants should complement your living space. Not take it over. Time and time and again, people were going through phases of collection and purges.

I love this so much! I lived in a tiny, 800 square-foot apartment with my two children, Husband, and the dog. We had over 300 plants in that apartment mostly because I loved that nature feeling when we moved into our 1500 square-foot house I substantially downsized, and now I have less than 50 plants. Because we can see trees and nature and I have an outdoor garden now. I agree for me it was all about the connection to nature.

Love the irony of " you will never see pink in my house" and yet no one rocks it like you as a fashion moment.

Well. I used to watch you from my inflatable, shiplapped, bedroom carpeted, houseplant jungle house cooled by my brown, flower painted ceiling fan, but then you told me how horrible my taste is so I decided to follow your advice and install floor to ceiling drapes over my radiator window, and damn if my dream home didn’t burned down! Ps: Thanks for the laugh, you made my day.🤣

This man and you are so privileged and condescending. The dollar store is all most of America can afford, especially those who live in rural areas. I've seen people in poverty create beautiful homes using creativity and what's available to them. Money can buy you nice furniture, but it can't buy either of you elitists, class or the common sense you speak of.

Ceiling fans are actually great for cold climates too. Put them on "winter mode" and they push the warm air downward and can save on heating bills.

I hadn't heard of this tip until this comment, but it makes total sense that a slow moving fan would push the warm air back down. Now I'm rethinking my whole design 🙄🤔

People who still enjoy farmhouse DO watch your channel. We take what we want, leave what we don't. Diversity of thought makes the world go round and I enjoy hearing your point of view. I'm almost 70 and I still hang decorative plates on my wall as decor because it brings me joyful memories of my childhood and my home is my place of peace and joy.

There's a lot to like about farmhouse - lots of light, simple clean lines, white walls/black hardware, natural materials. The bones of the style are comfortable and refreshing. It's the labels, words as decor, and stupid theme props that are loathesome.

True farmhouse is designed for comfort & hospitality & we don't need to announce our values / philosophies on signs - we live 'n share them . 💙 ( Anyone who lives a true working farm life doesn't have time or desire to collect & clean all the cutesy accessories . 😂 )

Would LOVE to see a video on choosing artwork for your home. Appropriate sizes, styles that work (and don't) together, framing tips, etc. We all know not to have a sofa picture too small but would love more detail on how to choose the right artwork.

I was one of the people that watched your curtain video, as I’ve struggled with my curtains for 20 years and wasted so much money (10’ ceilings and many, many windows). I took your advice and hung them closer to the ceiling and they kiss the floor. I am happy to report that I absolutely love them now! Thank you so much for all of the tips and advice you share for those of us that just can’t figure out why a certain style isn’t working.

As a 70 year old woman, who is finally living alone, I totally enjoy your funny snarky point of view. I have learned a lot and made some good changes in my home based on your video content. Thanks for sharing your ideas.

Love the Mac & Cheese analogy. That kind of stuff on social media drives me crazy - makes me scared knowing so many people out there don't seem to think for themselves AT ALL. On another note, the house we bought in 2020 has no wall-to-wall carpet and my husband's sinuses are better behaved and he's getting better sleep so that's a win for us.

💯 I appreciate Nick because he has actual opinions. He has popular and unpopular ones, and while I like a lot of different color palettes (including some shades of pink in small doses, and some cool greys, and plenty of green plants) I’ve learned a lot from Nick (like what the styles I like are called: Modern organic, Japandi, etc. - I never knew what they were called), and gotten even more inspiration, and most of all, some snarky and some not so snarky laughs. Don’t change your ways Nick. I love hearing your take.

I started out with a plant my sister sent me for my birthday one year and it turned into two big trees. I can't move them too far away from a window and I have been trying to figure out how to use them to make some symetrical statement and I finally have realized they tske up 3 feet by 3 feet in my living room. I don't have that kind of extra space. They have to go. (I have many more.)

The most interesting thing about accessibility needs is that they can be fully opposite for different people! That's why I like to share which design opinions/ideas might not work for certain accessibility needs :) My favorite example is that digital buttons/dials are not accessible at all for people who are visually impaired, and need tactile buttons and dials. For myself with my arthritis, digital dials and buttons are WAY easier to use. Also, too many plants IS the look 😁 Honestly though, people do need to understand what "opinion" means.

OMG! So freaking glad you addressed the cheesy cheesy farmhouse! I totally agree there is a much better way to add those touches without it looking like hobby lobby vomited in the space.

Nick, in addition to providing sound design advice, you never fail to crack me up! Never apologize - you make it crystal clear that these are your opinions.

I have ADHD and a background interior design. In my experience, what I found is that having things displayed in open compartment furniture can actually increase anxiety and create more difficulties with executive functioning. The advice I would give to those struggling with this is to pay attention to where you would naturally go to look for something and put it there even if it doesn't make sense. Still air on the side of caution to display too many items out in the open because it may become too stimulating and overwhelming. P.s. Love you Nick and your opinions😘

I've found the happy medium is labels and regular "cullings" where I go through everything I have and re-evaluate the items I've forgotten about. Also selective displaying of uncommonly used objects (I remember where things I use all the time are). It's all about personal solutions.

I like the Split The Difference option of Shelves with Doors on the bottom. display what you Like, doors cover what you Need, and open wide for easy on the spot inventory. Dyspraxic with visual filtering, I can't see what I'm not looking for. - that makes perfect sense, if you know you know.

Haha! I’m a reasonable person, but I’m also plant obsessed. But being reasonable, I will not argue with your take on plants because from a design standpoint, you are right! For me though, I will continue to enjoy my morning routine of coffee in my sunny room surrounded with more plants than furniture because let’s face it, it’s Winter in Canada and I’d rather pretend there isn’t 3 feet of snow outside. ADHD clutter still needs to be organized! There are types of containers that are mesh or more opaque that allows you to "see" the items but also makes it look cohesive. Alternatively, you can use labels for categories behind doors, because things still need to have a place. Also, decluttering will allow you to make a written inventory of items if needed.

That's legitimately a fantastic idea! I appreciate Nick's kindness and understanding. I was watching this one youtuber years ago who said that sofas or benches at the end of a bed were stupid, she didn't just say she doesn't like them and move on, she belittled the entire notion of a sofa at then foot of the bed, calling it pointless. I let her know that I had one and it was because I am physically disabled and it made a huge difference in my ability to dress myself on my hard days, especially since sitting on the edge of bed didn't offer the kind of support I needed to actually stay up and dress myself.

This is actually a brilliant idea. I don't know why people feel like when you have any sort of physical restriction or disability, you suddenly don't care about style and design. It's exceedingly difficult to find accessible items that fit any aesthetic other than "hospital chic". Even just some way to make standard utilitarian stuff less miserable would be useful. Maybe collab with equipmeot so nothing dangerous is suggested?

Personally I'm surprised that it was a controversy at all, because closed storage is much better at keeping your space less cluttered, which is an all time struggle for people with ADHD. I only recently discovered that having a mesh night stand was the best compromise, because I could somewhat see things inside when I was close enough, but it doesn't look like a mess and people can't tell what's in it from a distance. Open shelving is such a nightmare for me, because I feel attacked by the mess! Working on smart storage has done wonders. For instance, all my underwear is put in storage boxes with wheels that are always under my bed, so I don't have to look at the boxes, but I always know where they are and what is in them. _The psychologist was so right when she told me I should give things their designated place and make it easy first and foremost, in order to soothe some of my inner chaos._

My partner and I bought a 120 year old farmhouse that had those dilapidated fans with the daffodil shape shades. We replaced them with sharp modern LED ceiling fans (including our super manly giant ceiling fan of doom in the sitting room.) Because even living in an actual farmhouse is not enough to get us to decorate in farmhouse style.

Oh gosh, I couldn’t live comfortably without my ceiling fans! I’ve updated them 3 times since I’ve lived here. You don’t know the glorious feeling of a good fan when one hits “the change”

LOL! We had a big home that worked well with Farmhouse decor. When we moved to a more contemporary home, it no longer worked. When I saw what you said about Farmhouse, I went around the house and took down any remaining cheesy signs and put my old window panes up for sale! Thank you, it was the Ah ha moment. ♥️

I’m a millennial woman w ADHD, hates open shelving, has carpet in my bedroom (hates it), has ugly old ceiling fans (replacing them), and has never heard the phrase “plant gays”. Love it tho😅 we are totally with you on this list.

I also have ADHD and have to say I really dislike open shelves as well. Visual clutter is just too overstimulating to me. After realising that visual clutter impedes my ability to concentrate and relax, I knew that I could never do open shelving again for anything that's not decorational. Nah, I have ADHD and I NEED to have closed shelving. The clutter is overstimulating for me, makes me feel anxious. But, everyone is different so it might not be the experience for other people with ADHD

I agree. I have adhd I would never be able to keep open shelving organized enough to look nice consistently. I would go as far to say that generally no one should get open shelving unless they are a type A personality that’s a neat freak.

I have an open shelving closet with sheer curtains over it and that’s been the best combo for me as an ADHDer who agrees it can be overstimulating lol

We always laughed at the inflatable Christmas decorations and wondered who could possibly love them. Then we had a kid. I'm allowing them to hold space in our yard till she gets too old for it. Thank you for this humorous take on the anger that is thrown at you.

Yeah, those comments you received about ADHD and having your things out and seen…the struggle is real! I want to NOT forget about whatever I’m tucking away, but I also want a neat home (& live with a nearly OCD-level spouse), and I will happily listen to & evaluate any tips to help out along these lines. I’m thankful to those who made the comments about it.

My ADHD makes me always go back and forth between "I should Marie Kondo my entire home, be a minimalist and only have square closed storage that hangs on the wall so everything is easy to clean and not overwhelming" VS "Everything is boring and understimulating, I'm a natural born maximalist, give me cute clutter everywhere! Dust will just be part of the vibe" So I'm perpetually stuck in the middle.

I have adhd and being able to see my belongings in all this open furniture would be WORSE for me. Imo it still reads as clutter even if its tucked away in a cabinet when that cabinet has no door and you can still see everything in it. Like at that point you might as well just leave it laying around??? The more loose objects i have to take in visually, the more overloaded my brain feels. That said yes, out of sight out of mind. But when it comes to something important that i am actively working with i will leave it out as opposed to stuffing into a drawer cuz i will forget. I think he was referring to furniture that is intended for long-term storage. Idk i guess i am not the kind of adhd person that loses track of my belongings constantly. I live alone and know where all my shit is for the most part 🤷‍♀️

Cute bins, trays, and jars + cute post its are where it’s at. Put your clutter in cute containers or corral it in a tray. For things that aren’t as easy to remember, a post it. Ex. I have a post it by my door “put keys away” and one by my toaster (I have the same toast breakfast daily) “meds!” Or even “CLEAN THIS THING!” They can go away when company is over and easily be replaced. I have fun writing new ones because I like lettering. Alternatively, a dot sticker that serves as a symbolic reminder can be enough if you know that red dot = ask myself, “did I take my meds yet?” I have some washi tape in cute designs that acts as an “am I on task?” reminder.

I am CACKLING in laughter about the plant gays (guilty as charged) Also thank you for the update about ADHD and hiding things, that's what I was thinking. I went to look for other channels who design for ADHD after that. It would be really cool if you researched and did a video on design with neurodiversity in mind (such as sensory sensitivities, disorganization, ADHD, how to minimize sound, etc) You're funny to listen to thank you! :)

Hi, ADHDer here, just want to say how much I appreciate your response to those comments others had left. It's so common for us to be dismissed and stigmatized, for our disability to be mocked and jeered at... It was really refreshing and heartening to see a creator take us and our needs seriously. ❤️ Thank you so much for that.

"Calm down, Texas" is the best thing I've heard on YT so far this week. As for plants, I can't keep them because I kill them, but I do appreciate going to a house with a plant room, like the sunny spaces you show at 14:03. Not sure I'd enjoy being at someone's home as much if all their spaces were wall-to-wall plants. That said, most people don't decorate with guests in mind. I do, but I'm weird that way.

We renovated 2 years ago, and 1. Put up curtains that puddle a little bit (dog hair gathers there but I try to vacuum often!) 2. We ripped the bedroom carpet out and installed vinyl plank floor and I’m absolutely obsessed with it. (I’m in USA so that fits lmao) 3. Absolutely no pink 😂 4. Updated all our ceiling fans. We’re listening, Nick! 😜

I don't do farmhouse signage anywhere in my house, however, I'm pretty sure I'm going to purchase one for my laundry room. It's hilarious! It says: "Laundry is looking at me dirty again." I'll hang it above my laundry sorter.

One of the mantras I now tell myself is, if you like a specific novelty thing, you can very well express it in other ways. It doesn't necessarily have to be on a giant piece of artwork where everyone can see it. For example, some people love those funny "wine o' clock" sayings, and I'd get one as a coffee mug. That way, I can put it away and out of sight when I'm done with it. I collect weird and funky T-shirts. But once I'm done with them, I put them back in the closet. Your personality doesn't have to be expressed all through out an entire living space... aka, things that are a lot harder to cover up if it clashes. :3

I never understand why people get so worked up by your comments! You make the most harmless and funny comments about decor that even when it’s about something I love, I still laugh or chuckle and proceed to love you. I’m more of a traditional/French country decor girl and couldn’t be further from modern and other trendy decor. But I enjoy your content so much bc I still find useful tips that bring us all together. I especially love your emphasis on timelessness, nature, and consistency instead of flying with every trend that is in. That’s my mindset when it comes to decorating- not what’s trending but what is timeless, what I enjoy and actually love regardless of what’s in, and always opt for natural materials as much as I can. I get compliments about my house from people with total opposite styles because it comes together and looks nice 😊 So thanks, Nick!

I love my plants, but I completely understand what you are saying. I don't necessarily think all your advice applies to my situation, but love your videos and listening to you opens my mind to the possibilities! Yes, hate inflatable decor, but if that makes people happy..do you! Please don't change!

I used to be very firmly anti fake flowers, but the problem was I never have enough money for real flowers, so I would perpetually just NOT have flowers in my house. Then, a couple weeks ago, I saw someone mixing real and fake flowers/plants together to make a really nice display and I thought... maybe.... I could try.... some fake plants. It was a very good decision. I have some decent looking fake flowers that add some charm to my space and I went outside and cut some branches off of a tree and mixed those with some fake flowers in my bathroom and the effect is so wonderful. I didn't think my brain would be able to turn off the fact they are fake, but it's actually been an easier transition than I thought.

Fake plants are also great for places with little natural light 👍 I have a big window in my bedroom but I have light sensitivity, so my black not-quite-sheer-not-quite-opaque curtains are ALWAYS closed. Even the desk light is turned away to the curtain to dim the light even further, and my computer monitor is on the lowest brightness setting, on top of having an app to further reduce brightness and blue light or I get headaches; there's enough light for me to work at my desk but I wouldn't subject a plant to it. The real miniature rose bush I have stays in the living room (which is a problem because since it's out of sight I tend to forget to water it...) smack dab in front of the big window, but if I wanted a plant for my desk it'd be a fake one.

I love my fake green plants! It adds so much green into my apartment alongside with my real plants.

As someone with adhd, I actually cannot do clutter like that because it’s distracting to me and distressing. I do see how easy it can be to find things. Example I have lost my keys today and they are not in the basket they’re supposed to be in so they’re now probably lost forever.

ADHD sufferer here. I love that you mentioned the fact that people with physical disabilities or neurodiverse brains may need to design in ways that cater for those needs. For example, if an ADHD sufferer needs to design a space around their needs, they would have to consider things like object permanence (hence shelving rather than cabinetry), order of last retrieval (most often used stuff in front, less used objects further back), and designing for autopilot (so the place you most naturally put something when on autopilot is where you make a home for it - bowl for keys next to the front door, for instance) Of course, ADHD often goes hand in hand with an obsession with visual clutter, so my kitchen shelves are aways straight and my desk has to be cleared before I can work, otherwise I become anxious. Weird little brain - fun to walk through 😊

I'm not the kind of person who has to jump on the bandwagon of something very trendy (notice my avoidance of the phrase "super trendy" and you'll know I'm from the silent generation 🙂) and I LOATH cliched décor. There are some pleasing elements to farm house, but most of it is just too overdone and I don't need to look like every house in middle America. I know elegant sophistication is not popular right now, but I started life very low in wealth so when my finishes hit the right blend of classy yet comfortable and inviting, I'm happy.

Just adding that in most western European countries (not the UK) we really don't like carpet floors anywhere in the house. We think it's unhygienic and ugly. It was common in the 20th century, but during the last decades you don't find it anymore in modern or renovated homes. We have carpets on the floor, but the floor itself is wooden or laminate or stone etc. Greetings from Switzerland, from a house with wooden and laminate floors.. 😉

I think a way to get the more planty look while looking a bit more elevated is using fewer but bigger plants. More mature plants also tend to be more interesting

As someone from Texas, I can totally sympathize with ceiling fans not being optional in any way, but aesthetically, I agree with you; I don't like them, especially on 8ft ceilings. The carpet in the bedroom thing? Yeah, the fact that the condo I'm buying had full LVP and zero carpet was a huge part of the draw. Count me in the recent "no carpet!!" trend, lol!

Central air doesn’t take the place of a fan, especially in a two story house. Ceiling fans supplement the ceiling fan because it’s cheaper to run a ceiling fan than to set the AC temp low, cooling an entire house when you are in one room; or setting the temp lower than most in the home don’t find comfortable.

I lived in Texas for 19 years and I feel ceiling fans (multiple) are nessasary. AC does not do what the ceiling fan does- you NEED both. Having said this, it is hard to find really beautiful fans,,, BUT.. since so many of us live in Farm Houses, maybe we can look at the Dollar Store :) jk ...

Your true fans know your sense of humor & we know your, "You do you" attitude when it comes to design.

I really enjoyed this video. I think many people take everything personally and get offended at a drop of a hat. I personally hate going to a house where everything is covered in plants. There is such a thing as too much of a good thing.

I have adhd and struggle with things like out of sight out of mind but also find visual clutter challenging because… of course. I find that labeling cupboards and their contents helps me put things away, remember where they are and also be able to get rid of visual noise. I label everything. Which shoes go in each shoe drawer, kitchen cupboards and drawers, my dresser, book shelves, etc. I try and use cute labels where I can but the important part is the label. Bonus side effect when other people come into my home they can find things and put them away if they need to. I have found it’s also important to have the flexibility to change your labels because I often change opinions on where something SHOULD go in my house

One of my favourite ADHD solutions has been putting a couple of those hanging shoe organizers in my closet with clear plastic shoe bins in every slot. I go in my closet multiple times a day for various things (I keep snacks in there, and my laundry basket) so I see it constantly, and I can see into the individual bins, but I can also close the closet door to hide the visual clutter. I think the shoe bins are the perfect size to hold a decent amount of things while also being small enough that each has its own specific category and I never have to dig for whatever's at the bottom. If I need something, I can just remember to pull out the "various cables" shoebox or the "toiletries I rarely use" shoebox (it helps that I've had this system for years and know by memory which bin is in what location).

I also want to add that mesh items can work great too! My nightstand is in metal mesh, and I can see my pink pill container inside it when I'm right next to it in my bed, but when I'm sitting at my desk I can't see the clutter inside it. The need to clean up the visual clutter is not talked about enough IMO. I'm _definitely_ getting floor to ceiling cabinets with space for all my random stuff when I have my own apartment.

I watch in UK so occasionally stuff doesn't apply ( ceiling fans for example) but on the whole your stuff is brilliant. Keep it coming! Love it.

I’m a plant lady! 😂 I totally agree with you about the plant thing. Right now I’m overwintering a few (okay, a lot) of semi-tropical outdoor plants. I’m counting the days till they move back outdoors. There will always be 1-3 real, beautiful indoor plants in most large spaces.

As a person on the ADHD side, putting things away and not forgetting where they are or if I even have them are definitely issues -- but I hadn't thought about it re. interior design before. Thank you. I'm going to try to find a system where my most important things only are on display.

I do the reverse, I put most things that I will absolutely need away or hidden because I am not likely to forget them if they are essential and used frequently. I keep the lesser used things on display or on open storage. This system reduces the visual clutter but still caters to my out of sight out of mind tendencies. I must say though that I have to be disciplined in putting things back in their hidden/stored places because I naturally gravitate towards having everything out in the open on display.

As a person with ADHD I agree with this. If I keep everything out of site and only leave out the important things m, the. That thing is in my now column. If I have a lot of clutter and things out, then it all just disappears and I don’t see any of it-It’s just visual clutter that exists the way a picture on the wall does. I’m so much happier when everything is tidy and put away, unless I’m currently working on it.

I so appreciate you, Nick. You're respectful of people's diversity of styles and tastes. There's another designer on YT who annoys the crap out of me because she declares styles tacky or bad across the board without considering the actual person whose home it is- whether it's ceiling fans or having family photos displayed, it's all tacky and in poor taste to her. I prefer your 'you do you' approach to design.

You made me laugh with the comment about not recommending people light their house on fire. My unprofessional suggestion for a heat register under a window might be a roman shade and then floor length curtains that are permanently fixed in their pull backs. If you don't hear it enough, I love hearing your opinions and have learned how much our design tendencies are a product of our generation. Would love to see you design a space for a client with opposite tastes, just as a challenge.

That’s exactly what I am doing with my living room window. I have to put register deflectors on each side of the window, but I chose metal in the same shade as the curtains. Also, a sectional covers one deflector and a planter disguises the other. I needed the walls and moldings on the ends of the windows softened with curtains. The shades alone were too stark and I needed sound echo proofing which happened when we took down walls for more open floor plan. Whew. My reply is longer than I meant. Thanks for your comment. Made me feel more confident in my choice.

Love that idea and not only that but the curtains will only need to be kept pulled back in colder seasons when the radiator etc is in use.

I am almost blind, completely, and through my life I’ve had to learn to adapt to my environment and adapt my environment to my vision. One of my favorite KZreadrs, beside you, is clutter bug. You never fail to make me laugh! And I actually agree with all of your points today. Living in Tennessee, ceiling fans are an absolute must. But there are some really cool fans out there now. The one we have in our living room looks like a light fixture, but when you turn the fan part on the blades magically appear out of the top of the fixture and then tuck themselves back in when they’re done. But if I had to choose between no ceiling fan at all and one of the older tackier ones, and I’d still go with the fan. It beats running the air conditioner nonstop.

I hate visual clutter as well. The best advice I ever read was to store things where you naturally first think to look for them even when it doesn't make the most sense. When I first organised my kitchen, I was constantly opening the mug cabinet when I wanted a plate, and vice versa. Swapped them and haven't made that mistake since.

One of the reasons I love your channel is because you expect your viewers to be adults!🤣👍Keep up the good work!
