@@testlogs9005Also, I have bought some fire alarms, an apollo xp95 sounder base and some call points (apollo/zeta) but I’m really confused how to wire them up so please, PLEASE can you do a tutorial I short circuited one of my call points before wnd I don’t want to do it again 😂

its still there its just the door is in the way. when the garage gets overhauled i will move it to a better location.

nah the system is pretty much what it is. not adding new circuits in the house for dedicated sounder circuits. i will add devices to the loop in places where the loop passes through such as the eve cupboards etc.

Would you move the aico to the ceiling of the caravan as it's advised smoke alarms are fitted on ceilings

it needs to be removed when the caravan is to be used on holiday hence why its plugged in and hung up. it will work just fine there.

yeah, we had a small fire in there last year burned up the 12V section of the consumer unit luckily it was put out in time but caravans are super flammable and its close enough to the house to be a danger. i already has the Aico wireless panel interface module so i added a radiolink mains smoke alarm that can be hung temporarily and left at home when we take the caravan away on holiday. we have a stand alone detector that comes with us on holiday.
