You should add a back up camera just for the fun of it. You should also do a 3 day weekend camp to stress test the longevity of the battery. Food, warmth and entertainment all on the battery until it runs dry. Camp somewhere you could easily retrieve it with a trailer once the battery goes dry. That would be an interesting video.

Controllable ventilation as placed as high as possible #6 and the biggest one I think is insulation. #7 the temperature difference between the outside and inside are only a few degrees that's a no go. and some type of dehumidifier as the gas heater is the way to go for heat. VERY good podcast.

This thing is freaking awesome! I agree with all the comments saying to upgrade suspension. You never know how bad you need it until your tire/axle explodes and you get stranded, but overall no suspension puts a strain on everything structurally, like wires and bolts and stuff and frame later down the line.

You're a damned clever chap and I'm loving your builds. Features I would suggest where possible: 1) Headlights just in case you have to get going quickly at night. I'm not sure what wildlife is in your region but if anything there is prone to attacking, it may be useful. 2) I lieu of suspension which would be a nightmare if a job, perhaps a seat with springs like bus and truck drivers have, that could absorb the shock of bumps while driving it. I will admit however I've not considered how this could be done without compromising space. I mention this because you're still young, protect your spine. 3) Polycarbonate instead of vinyl for the main windowed area for added critter security.

I absolutely love these videos! When i was a ten year old boy, my friend and i built a soapbox car (BMW) and had a mini caravan hooked up to it. The caravan was a wooden platform with two wheels and 4 2x2:s that we covered with thick plastic. It, of course was heavy, so we never took it far, but we stole food from moms kitchen and had a small alcohol stove that we cooked bologny and eggs on. Glorious times. This, is the adult version..

As someone who is currently developing a multifunctional utility vehicle, Suspension is a must for almost all offroad vehicles. I recommend full double wishbone suspension for the front and rear axles along with a steel frame which combined would allow for a high load capacity and for a wide variety of different terrains that you could cross. I understand that this is a thing that would be better for a second version of the mini cabin, but no mater what you do I love your videos and keep on trucking! 😃

Something you may like to add is a shoe organizer to hang on the wall you can use it to put things in out of the way, i see people in vans use them, some put spices and food stuff dishes like cups and utensils in them and whatever you like. I seen you had some room on the walls they don't take up much space and could offer up more floor space for stretching out and lounging. Just thought I'd suggest it, I really love this camper build and shared it with my daughter. We love it, you're very creative Thank you for sharing♥

I would build some large hinged shelves on the exterior to fit the large storage totes you have (maybe one on each side), so when you are setting up camp, you can put the totes on the exterior. I would keep them up parallel with the walls when in transit. You could have either a plug for the cord from the inverter or a pass through gland. It would give you more room inside and give you much better views. Additionally, I think a vent/fan on the roof with a weather guard would be a great addition. Cheers! I enjoy watching your content!

Build idea: an expandable living area. A portable cabin/camper that expands! First version, manual mechanics to expand area. Second version, electric motor mechanics to expand. Keep your sleeping area clean =) Love your videos and energy!! Keep it up!

You should build at least 500W solar system for your camper and go for camping entire weekend ☺️

Suggestion: Add a hook on the outside of the door, the same one used for the solar panels. Then you can use a carabiner hook to hang the temperature receiver outside at all times and won't lose it again.

For the next camper, I would think of fold out solar. Most charging will be standing still so think of a way where you can fold out more surface for solar. Then it would be self-sufficient! Love your videos, really well made!❤

Hope you see this. You should put some kind of protection for the wires of the solar panels at the corners of the roof. A branch might find it as youre cruising along. Much Love

Dude you should next build some external storage boxes on the side of the camper for all your gear that you could have a hatch you could open up from the inside 👍

Man,I just clicked for the camper, but now I'm all about your PS1 with monitor, lol,I had one,the game system wore out,I took the monitor, and hooked it up to a dvd/vcr combo, had channels and everything, mounted it inside a old mantle clock with a computer speaker.. it went for another 5 years as a TV in my camper, lol... memories

Might I suggest a mini handheld vacuum stored in the camper? So you can easily tidy up after messes (that cotton candy looked so good! I can just picture walking by in the woods seeing a guy in a camper making cotton candy 😅😮 I might be tempted to ask for a blue one 😅😂) . This camper just gets cooler and cooler! Thank you for sharing your builds and adventures with us! ❤

If you're still looking for suggestions, I'm not sure how well in the realm of possibilities this could be but I was thinking about your boat build. Likely would be wider scale so may need an actual boat tower, but the idea is upgrading the boat. The solar power to power anything you need with the battery, the boat is wider/longer with either a middle floor bit that is clear so you're able to see the bottom or it is a fishing hatch with a ton of sealant around it to keep the water out of the rest of the boat etc. A fun thought regardless but generally I'm always excited to see what you make! or a VR build in some way/shape or form. Maybe like an unconventional camping with VR / build yourself a mini-maze that you need to traverse? Was sketching down D&D traps and thought an irl build would be different and neat.

If you want to try and upgrade this one, maybe consider trying to modify it so that the roof raises. You could stand and cook or maybe sit in a small chair or who knows what. Mount a tiny tv and get the worlds tiniest wood burning stove lol
