Bro if a just get a new remote, and program the key by this method will it work. Won't I need a motor set for unlocking and boot like the ones that are sold for other car by companies like RD. I am very much confused. Don't I need any relay for this to work or just a key is sufficient.

Bro can we do in polo 1.2 tredline 2010 model?

The aforementioned method didn't work for me. Tried to adapt two keyfobs on the exact same spec of car with the same BCM. Nothing happened. The BCM didn't pick up the keys at all. Secondly, in the remote key adaptation menu, I believe the new value represents the number of new key fobs you want to adapt. I am not able to understand how that can be kept as 0 and the key adapted. I tried to input 1 and 2, but the "test" option would then blank out

And your petrol distance to empty isnt showing wrong i guess as I also fill 2500 in my polo petrol when it shows 1 point of fuel and 10km distance to empty. At first it was 320 kms then as I drove every 10 km it started rising to 330.. 340 and so on till 390. Then it came down to 370 km. But i guess it could be that my car was in service center for over 2 months and haven’t been driven so I don’t know that’s all the info.

@@OutofOfficeDiy after a lot of digging and sneaking under my car, found ccu , vag 5J0959433 this ccu wont support remote , i have to upgrade this to VAG 5J0959433A which supports remote . Fabia cars made before 2010 comes with ccu and power supply control unit seperately.
