The backer board only seem to work if you have a swing away heat press...its too thick for my clam shell.
What type of paper did you print on?

Hi, may I ask, can this be done on stainless steel, silver, white gold, and or gold dog tags?If so, do they need to be unfinished stainless steel, silver, etc... or can it be on finished stainless steel silver, etc.. dogtags? Thank you!

Big question, do you use ICC profiles or the powerdriver? Do you have Sawgrass inks? Does your heat press reach the proper temperature? Might be a good idea to check all those things and then call Tech Support.
Can any Printer and paper be used?

She is using a transfer that was printed using dye sublimation inks. Only certain printers are sold that use that type ink. She used a Sawgrass Virtuosos SG 800 in this instance. We sell sublimation supplies at www.conde.com
What computer program are you using to evenly space your template sheet?

We use a scanner to scan the jig, then Corel to make the template.
