I know I'm really late, and you might have already figured it out, but you can tint your windows, if you go to the left door, when your inside the garage, go to the left big door, and to the left of it, you will see the window tinting

About damaging the car. There's one old game ( from 2017 I believe ) called Revhead , it's not a triple A game but it allows you to freely drive all over the game world and you can damage your car as well as repair it. I think you might like it.

Anti-gravity engine mounts 😂💀😂

Since your doing all performance up grades on the first car for more power you should put the performance brake rotors too ceramic cross drilled and slotted I put them on all my performance cars that I build

Expert mode is interesting. No parts highlighting when you mouse over a part including bolts, so when removing the calipers I had to look around the other side to find the bolts since they were not easily identified from the front. You can't star parts you need to remove either, so it will be a hunt if you are unsure what that part is. Typically it is a hunt anyways when parts are not identified and you are trying to find the parts that need to be replaced or repaired. I didn't see any red highlighting either, so to determine which part needs to be removed before removing the one you want is much harder especially if you forgot to remove a spark plug when trying to remove a head or which roller is the one to remove first before the belt that allows you to remove the rest. Installation is mostly the same with part ghosting for parts that are missing and part reinstall order ghosting is the same, so you know which part to put in next, however the part highlighting when you mouse over and bolt highlighting when you are trying to install the bolts is gone. If you forget to mount something the game reacts the same too when you go to complete the job. Without a leader board where you can compete against other shop owners by shop rating, number of satisfied customers and overall net worth of the shop, there is really no benefit that I see in using Expert mode other than maybe the enjoyment of making the game significantly more frustrating and prolonging the time it takes to do things due to the limitations. Overall the Normal game mode is a very balanced enjoyable game with the right mix of enjoyment and frustration with the exception of the mini games.

Drop some performance parts in it and the price will jump even high :)

The scrap problem is you're getting 3 scrap at best from tiny clip and you gget3 scrap at best from engine block. You should be getting different amounts of scrap depending on what part you're scrapping.

Buy scrap at the junk years and set a macro on a slight delay to just keep hitting space bar. It’s not cheap but ultimately scrap is for endgame build and this is basically infinite scrap. Fully built my GTR all 3* for the performance parts and it has 1010 HP so it’s forsure worth it lol

I was too. Had to do a bunch of small jobs to get the money to complete the story mission now I’m sitting on 20 grand. I bought too many upgrades and didn’t have any money left for parts

To add on to my comment on the previous recording about the modding; I looked at the Modding discussions thread in the community hub, and Fulisic, who was one of the top modders for CMS18 and became like a spokesperson of sorts, has put up several threads there. One of them specifically says that for now, game-changing mods like car spawners, things that add money or XP and other .dll mods like that are forbidden as yet. That will change in the not too distant future, but for now, yeah, I wouldn't count on any mods that let you skip the mini games or anything. Also, there are already license plate packs in the workshop (you have to click Browse and then Items to show what's there), among which a Canadian territories license plate pack, and someone put up a version of the Volvo 242 that has the diesel engine in it that is already in the game but not yet used in any car so far >^_^

Also, the Bolt Cargo, that van, does in fact already has an A-team livery; if you get one (or use a customer one) and take it into your paintshop and use that top bar menu to get to the liveries, the van has one livery that is the A-team color scheme. So now we just have to wait for the Mystery Machine to hit the workshop! >^_^

Interesting listening to the conversation about nationality. From what I have heard and seen this seems to be a North American thing, I'm European and I have never heard anyone over here refer to themselves like that

Yeah very North American I think.

They would have to add a race track to it, a real racing 3 sprint style circuit with a percentage or race similar to nascar !! To test the car, test it how it works and so it gets more beautiful when playing it, it has greater playability but it is boring only to assemble and disassemble cars! who votes for some driff or sprint tracks or against other tunings online !! or race tracks against other cars !!

Those story missions are beginning to frustrate me. I can't seem to get past this certain one....can't tune an engine you don't own, and won't give credit when you improve the engines performance. Any help you can provide?

If it's the one I I'm thinking of (increase by 10-15%) I added the tuned spark plugs, air filter, clutch items, distributor items and it got me the green tick. Items from the tuning store not salvaged upgrades.

it’s not your ratios it’s your tire width try a wider tire like 305
