Dr. Jonathan Okinaga earned his Ph.D. from Southwestern Baptist Theological Seminary. He serves as the Assistant Professor of Biblical Counseling and the Director of the Biblical Counseling Certificate Program at Southwestern Baptist Theological Seminary. He has served as an associate pastor and has over a decade of experience counseling those coming out of addiction. Dr. Okinaga is a certified counselor with the Association of Certified Biblical Counselors and the author of How God Sanitized My Soul, My Loved One Is An Addict, Now What? and From Sin To Disease.
