I'm 56 and have suffered for years with addiction, anxiety and severe ptsd, I got my panic attacks under control myself years ago and they have come back with a vengeance, I'm constantly trying to take full breaths but can't get the full satisfying breath out, it's absolutely crippling me, i live in France. My addiction is reflecting on life too much. No matter where I am in life, how many great things Ive done, there's always that moment in my head that makes me feel miserable, useless, without something to live for. This became such a deep trait of mine that it got to the point where it became a daily thing I do, every waking hour of my life I just wait to reflect on myself so I can get over it, but unfortunatly without any real emotions until I shake it off. The real sad part is that I usually do this not 2 or 3 times, but multiple times a day, even it is only 5-10 minutes. If you ever feel sad, just think about me.

I wish they were readily available in my place. Microdosing was my next plan of care for my husband. He is 59 & has so many mental health issues plus probable CTE & a TBI that left him in a coma 8 days. It's too late now I had to get a TPO as he's 6'6 300+ pound homicidal maniac. He's constantly talking about killing someone. He's violent. Anyone reading this Familiar w/ BPD know if it is common for an obsession with violence.

I was addicted to coke, not the drug mind you, the drink. When I was in the army we had a period of time when we were literally not allowed to do anything, it was during covid and was too hot outside (50+C) so the only thing we were allowed to do was sit in our room with the AC on and only with the same 5 people (because of quarantine). We were allowed twice a day to go to the convenience store in very specific hours, that meant that the only thing I was allowed to do is buy groceries, and since we didn't have a kitchen and had a mini fridge, we bought a lot of soda.

I used to drink alot of pespi like a 2L every day it was very bad then I discovered diet and zero sugar soda and that shit slaps 0 calories its great I switched to it 6 months ago and lost 40lbs so far 😊 if you got a soda addiction I'd recommend swapping out that syrup stuff for diet or zero way better for you.
