Added other flavor in Opera cake.Amazing! And neat layers

This cake is the Opera Cake everyone loves.
However, most of the opera cake recipes seem to be the same.
So I modified it a bit.
It tastes similar to a classic opera cake, but it’s slightly different.
It's not too sweet at all. I think it's just the right amount of sugar for an opera cake.
I am sure you will love it.

INGREDIENTS:
FIRST STEP
EGG WHITE 200G
CASTER SUGER 100G
SALT 2G
SECOND STEP
ALMOND FLOUR /POWDER 150 G
ICING SUGER 100G
FLOUR 50 G
First step add in mixer and make the foam then add the foam in second step
mix it all gently. Than spread the mixcher on baking tray and bake it.
COFFE BUTTER CREAM
BUTTER 100G
CONDENCE MILK 100G
COFFE 2G
WHICK IT ALL TOGATHER AND MAKE THE CAREAM
CHOCOLATE GANACH
MILK PACK CAREAM 100G
DARK CHOCOLATE 100G
SALTED BUTTER 50G
BOIL THE CAREAM AND ADD INTO THE DARK CHOCOLATE AND MIX IT .
AFTER MIXING ADD BUTTER AND MIX IT NOW THE CHOCOLATE GANACH
IS READY.
COFFE SYRUP
HOT WATER 250 GRAM
COFFE POWDER 15G
SUGER 80 G
MIX IT ALL
