The 5/16 washers you've linked (Lowe's Item 114189) have an OD of about 0.68", too small for 3/4" EMT. It appears you want Item 67392, the hot dipped 5/16 washers, as they have an OD of 7/8". Also "onn." brand has apparently replaced their original mount with a more annoying one (website SKU 366230196) with a center bubble level-it pops out but the metal is indented here, and will require a smaller washer. A 5/8" OD fits perfectly, like from the 16-pack of 1/4" flat washers Lowe's Item 58124. The other 1/4" washers have too large an OD.

Thanks for the comment Christopher. I was unaware of the mistake and changes to the ONN mount.
Glad to see you’re selling the threaded inserts. I’ll have to get some with my next order.

I think it is about 15 pounds if I remember correctly.
