covering the air filter hole before filling the ink tank also seems to work for priming the CISS. Or at least I haven't had problems filling the CISS that way.

I have canon E610 with PG 88 and CL 98. Can I add giant 4-color 500 ml big ink tank? If yes, what others part would I need?

My problem was the pressure difference with the ciss. The HP62 tried to print but it couldnt produce the suction to pull the ink out of the tanks. The print therefore was incomplete. I removed the tube from the cartridge and suddenly, the print was complete again. I tried different heights with the tanks so that the pressure is equal, nothing worked. Either the print was incomplete or the tanks drained through the printhead, creating a mess. I made the cartridges airtight so they could only draw ink, not air. Is that wrong?

Hello, I opened my canon cartridges 245 246 and refilled the ink ,now my printer prints blank pages. I cleaned the printhead and it doesn't seem like it's clogged. What else can I try.

You probably need to prime it. Get a priming kit.

Yes. eBay. I buy all my virgin OEM's there. Make sure to list as "Virgin Never Refilled". It will boost the price.

That ink is in your printer now i guess. It can spill through the printhead.
