Thanks for the video. I would spray a bit of contact cleaner directly into the hole where the switch pops out. This is a problem with all the Foodi grills, every model. A new micro switch will just ultimately end up with the same fate because Ninja just keeps using this same part on all their grills. An occasional shot of contact cleaner to the switch will keep your Ninja going for a long time for cheap.

Yes it’s a bit of a pain but not too hard. The connector has to be bent out a little bit in order for you to pull it off. Just a very small bend less than 1/8 of an inch
