Let's make meetings fun! You can use a trick to change the default background image to a gif animation. Very nice but can also work well for business purposes (such as moving logos).

Instruction:
1. Select your .gif file and rename it to a png. So for example animation.gif to animation.png
2. Copy and paste (duplicate) the file
3. Rename the duplicated file with the addition _thumb. So the second file is called animation_thumb.png
4. Copy this 2 file and paste it in the following location depending on Windows or Mac:
Windows: C:\Users\YOUR-USERNAME\AppData\Roaming\Microsoft\Teams\Backgrounds\Uploads
Mac: ~/Library/Application Support/Microsoft/Teams/Backgrounds/Uploads
5. In Teams, go to a meeting and select the new background image there
