Oh you did a two lever also looks like fun to.good excersive to I'm a paraplegic so I like these .Really love the one handle one turned on a dime and zip around...

I do not have the equipment to build you one anymore. If you have someone who can build one for you i can supply you with detailed blueprints.

Hello I was wondering if I could get the blueprints. My sister gas students in a competition that need to build something like this. They are not allowed to use a motor, batteries, or foot pedals

it operates the same as if you pedaled up and down with your feet instead doing a full rotation. Then I took the end of the chain and attached it an arm lever instead of the foot lever (pedal arm). Then put three wheels on a chair. If you want detailed prints I will need to draw some up and charge you for them.
