What makes this season exciting is that it's everyone's game. I am a Maroon and much as I want to see UP win again, it's just exciting that almost all the teams are potential champs for a change. Congrats Adamson. And congrats to La Salle as well for a great game.

Never doubt Coach Nash Racela's coaching. Laging pumapasok sa F4. In this game, I felt like La Salle didn't take their time well, kind of rushing the team's play. In the first and second rounds, they were consistent, but in the crucial quarter, they were not able to keep up the momentum. Nagfocus sa hype instead of focusing on their defense. The 10-point lead is already a big one, but they were not able to defend it and made a lot of trips to the basket. It's a good strategy for Adu to take their time. Parang napagod bigla ung LaSalle in the last quarter. Also, I feel like Adu watching this game didn't belittle La Salle, and they are so focused to make every shot count and still put up a good defense. Lastimosa really led his team to win this game, and I applaud the players like Manzano and the others who just debuted in the UAAP for taking a big step to support their veteran seniors. Adu deserves this victory since, with all the crucial games they played through, they didn't stop and belittle every single game. Makikita mo na gusto talaga nila pumasok sa Final 4. They give their all. They are definitely the underdogs since malakas talaga ung mga team sa final four. Congrats Adu!

@@bebeboi3230 I've been watching UAAP since my college days, normal na ung asaran after the game pero siguro it happens since nayabangan din sila sa mga naglaro. Pero it's up to you, if you will take it seriously or you will be reactive to it. Sports lang ba. Pero watching this game nakita mo Kasi ung hype, I'm not saying it's okay na mang asar pero if you think of it hindi nyo nman po kontrolado ang isip ng mga tao, you can only control on how you react to it. Imagine who are the viewers of this game? Hindi lahat sportsmanship mag isip minsan immature ung ibang fans. I don't generalize people if may nagsabi ng ganun it doesn't mean na lahat sila wala ng humility. Minsan nacacarried away ang mga tao sa panonood ng basketball so I don't think you need to put meaning in everything. The focus of my comment are not for Adu fans but for Adu Basketball team and how they put their all to win the game. Deserve namn talaga ng ADU ang manalo 🙂

La Salle has been humbled multiple times this season sa sobrang yabang by UE, NU, ADU and lately Ateneo and they still continue to do those antics 😂 ik requirement sa isang la salle player na maging mayabang but how about we play some ball instead of the usual antics na yan. The only reason they are playing today was because of their rival Ateneo won against Adamson last time 😂

Mapulitika talaga ang basketball dito, both Gilas and PBA, kaya naglalayasan na din magaling na players to try their luck abroad. Mas better ang salary at mas competitive ang basketball. Mas marami na nga nag eenjoy manood ng UAAP kesa PBA sa ngayon.

Magiging liability siya sa defense. 5'7 lang si Lastimosa at medyo manipis din. Kung mapapansin mo ang pinakamaliit na natin sa GIlas sina Abarrientos, Belangel, Kiefer na puro 6'0 ft na ang height pero nanliliit pa rin sila compare sa mga point guard ng mga kalaban. Imagine mo na lang 6'4 si Arakji babantayan siya ni Lastimosa.

I love Jerom but let's be real, he's not the most viable option in the PG position for Gilas and surely not gonna outplay Scottie, Kief, Bolick, CJ, Belangel, and RJ in that regards. Not to mention, the time Coach Tab and the college players took the Gilas reign, Jerom wasn't as good as as he is right now. His time will come for sure.

5'10 po c Jerom mga lods. Marami kasi saten umay na sa mga guard ng Gilas. Look kung paano ibash Ravena brothers. Why not consider Jerom sa program. Kita nyo kung gaano ka humble yung tao at paano nya i console players from opposing team na tinatalo nila, at nagiging mga kaibigan nya pa. Yes, skills pa rin ang nangingibabaw at pagbabasehan at the end of the day. Pero malaking factor din ang attitude ng tao. Kahit saang larangan tinitingnan yan.

Sa palagay ko over confident ang DLSU for not playing Winston, KQ, M. Philips...Baka iniisip nila, kaya nila ito. On the other side Ironically, mas best talaga ang UAAP kesa PBA. Agree po kayo?

A complete La Salle team lost against ADU in the first round. I don't think they have the time to be underestimating anyone if they can play those guys anyway. Their injuries are for real.

Quiambao wouldn't make any difference at all, liability pa nga yan sa depensa kasi ang bagal at mabilis mapagod, if he had played I don't think Adamson will be the one catching up. No hate to him tho DLSU just plays fast when he is not on the court.

Accepting defeat is an act of decency. We respect for those who played for La Salle inside the court. To put in right perspective, DLSU should have put 3 players inside while playing with Adamson and gratify or warrant the claim in the absence of key players kaya natalo, but it stays the fact ..kumpleto po. We salute young team from DLSU for giving such a good fight and a nice game. Anyway, congrats to both teams AdU and DLSU. No explanation required from the DLSU management because of the lost. Kailangan talagang may manalo. Unawakanahimo..Laban Adamson.

I don’t think you can chalk this one up entirely to injuries. These things happen in basketball. It’s part of the game. That’s precisely the reason why they’ve recruited talents and built a deep roster so when players get hurt, others can fill in. And they lost so many games to teams with probably half their recruitment budget. No excuses. An L is an L.

Actually you have a point. I don't understand why some headlines and commentators na sinasabi wala daw Kasi ung mga star players because of injuries Kaya nanalo ADU??? But if if you think of it, pinamigay na nga sa LaSalle ung final 4 with their last two games against UE and UST pero natalo sila ng UE unlike ADU against power teams na Ateneo and NU. Tinalo nila NU with one point lead and natalo man sila sa Ateneo it was a close game since hindi nman nagkakalayo ang score. Natalo ang LaSalle because they did not took their time well, the first and second and even the third quarter lamang na sila pero they are too comfortable with the court while Adamson took their time na kalmado at nakafocus na mabridge ung gap na 10 point lead ng LaSalle. Hindi rin nman lahat ng players na sinalang sa Adamson ay veterans or seniors uaap player halos may mga debut players din like Manzano Kaya di ko rin gets bakit may mga questions na mahihirapan daw ba ADU kung kumpleto ang mga star players ng LaSalle? Pinaghirapan nila ung last 2 games tapos yan ang itatanong. Hindi rin consistent ang LaSalle sa playoffs games nila. Some fanatics pa nga sinasabi in the previous game magpapatalo daw Ateneo Kasi ayaw kalabanin ang LaSalle? Really? Twice to beat nga sila. LaSalle lose because they lose. Every game is a new game. Hindi dahil magaling ka sa previous game doesn't mean it will reflect on the next game. Sadyang talo talaga sila nakita nmn sa 4th quarter na sila na ung narattle at nawala ung team play. Team effort talaga ginawa ni Lastimosa at based sa interview Kay Coach Nash may injury Pala si Lastimosa yet he still play the game. So I don't think naging unfair ang ADU, deserve nilang manalo :)

@@Frobleeh good points. La Salle needs a complete overhaul next season. Culture change. Treat all positions vacant, carefully assess each member if they deserve to come back or not, from bench players up to the coaching staff.

@@ntan They need to give chance for the roosters to shine as well hindi lang dapat sila kailangan dahil wala ung mga star players. If the veterans can't play who will step up as they give more exposure to them than the next lined up. Based sa interview sa coach ng LaSalle even him was not sure what happened. Yung trust nya puro sa mga wala rather focusing on the other players. If he only give chance sa ibang players to prove their worth in the team atleast nakikita na may growth matalo man. Parang mas may growth pa sa UE. Parang na hyped lang ung LaSalle. On the other hand, aside sa so traditional and inconsistent system ng LaSalle, they really took for granted the last two game and the game against ADU. Parang minaliit nila ung kalaban dahil underrated team sa final 4. Hindi nagamit ng LaSalle yung full potential nila na parang hindi randam ung thirst to win. Hindi buo ung team play it's more like "it's all about me in the court mentality". Hindi sila consistent mas ginaganahan silang lumaban kapag rival school like Ateneo na hindi naman na nila kalevel in terms of team and individual play and even the coaching system. Nakafocus lang sila sa Ateneo. Kahit nung ininterview si Nelle, kumpyansa sya na hindi pasok ateneo. Nandun pa rin sila sa idea na matalo na sa lahat wag lang sa Ateneo. Kaya hindi na nila binigyan pansin ung ibang teams like UE na natalo sila. Also in the previous game, they are trying to create a big gap from the first round which is a common strategy pero they are uncertain about the finish line. It's impossible na hindi nila nakita na in the last two game of ADU, isa sa mga napansin is ung how calm and they are good sa pressure game na kaya nilang humabol. Parang naging kampante sila sa 10 point lead gap at ayun nahabol sila. It was not a good game sa part ng LaSalle. It was only a good game because of ADU. You can really see the differences

Tinalo ng Adamson ang LaSalle sa first round na kumpleto ang team nila. So I don't get it. Ibig sabihin wala yan sa kumpleto at hindi kumpleto. May pa headline pa ung ibang sports cast na "Mystery daw pagkatalo ng LaSalle" hindi ba nila nakita ung game, the system was poorly executed. Malakas man at mga star players man ang LaSalle pero kinaya nila Lastimosa and Doungga with their roosters. Team effort ang ginawa ng Adamson by the lead of Lastimosa. They are composed, relax, and calm under pressure. Yung LaSalle Kasi masyadong showmanship instead of sportsmanship ang pinakita. They took for granted the 10 point lead at kung tutuusin pinamigay na sa kanila ung final 4 with UE and UST in their last two games pero tinalo ng UE. Being tagged as a "non-elite school" is a compliment. It is true because the students from Adamson are mostly coming from the middle-class or mga scholars. Hard work, patience, and pangarap lang sa buhay ang puhunan. Hindi ipinanganak ng may ginto kutsara sa bibig kaya sanay makipagsapalaran sa buhay. Hindi kasi nabibili ung pagiging classy.

Lesson to feu also yung nawala sana sa blackwater instead of assitant coach binalik niyo sana ulit as head coach..iyak kayo ngayon kay olsen 😂

So u risk the health of Winston for just one game? It is a do or die game but are u willing to risk the career of this young player? Not worth it lalo na there's 2 other out and the ones who are playing ay mas focused mag yabang kaysa mag play ball.

Lasalle cleared winston to play.. Pero choice ni winston ang hindi maglaro today and the last few games..

Ok na rin ang Adamson. Para may chance manalo since host school at para maputol ang 45 year drought. La Salle wag na. talo n nman yan.. 2001 at 2016 lang nanalo sa Ateneo. Ateneo has 1988, 2002, 2008, 2017. La Salle has only 9 champs, 11 ang Ateneo

Ilang bese na ba si Nelle pina close out ng dying seconds and almost always he fumbles it. I remember yung F4 vs UP sa S84, siya rin ang nagpatalo. I could count 4 times he muffed a last shot. Coaching na yata din ang may problema bakit confident sa kanya masyado!

Yup. Nahirapan din Ateneo last game vs AdU. Magandang laban to for sure. Huwag lang mag over confident or masyadong kabahan.

Tbf, mahihirapan din naman ang Adamson sa Ateneo since di pa sila nananalo sa kanila throughout this season. Pero I can sense na nagiging narrower na yung gap nila from first round nung eliminations to the second round na nagharap sila. Kung ma-maintain ng AdU yung all-out team effort performance nila, I could even go as far as saying na kaya pa nilang maka-champ this season. Sayang lang kasi Ateneo vs. AdU sana gusto kong finals kaso pinagtapat na sila agad. Anyway may the best team win!
