This looks like a well adjusted challenge to me. If you can't finish with only two bites left, then the amount of ingredients seems just right.

That omelet needs more filling like some bacon, sausage, bell peppers and onions

Beth's Cafe is a Seattle treasure. In recent years it has closed, reopened, closed and reopened again. Mainly due to the pandemic lockdowns. It is an absolute favorite for my family and pre-pandemic we would go up once a month or so. Haven't been in awhile because you never know if it will be open or closed. And it used to be open 24 hours but since C19 the hours have changed several times and are only open a few hours a couple times a week. Wish they get their 💩straight!!

What he needed to do was save the toast for last.

I’ve noticed a formula of there always being a wall or he “has trouble” towards the end. Statistically one of these should be easy for him one day.

Finished this 3 times in my youth.

As a born-&-raised Washingtonian, i take pride in the fact that our Seattle's food challenge beat Adam Richman himself Now I wanna see if Casey Webb can do it, he has a similar win/loss record!

I could probably eat an omelet that big. But maybe not with that many hash browns and definitely not all the toast.

Not really, after each challenge he would puke it afterwards. Then would have to jump on the treadmill. After each one…. That’s why he quit after only 4 seasonal. Lost 70 lbs in the process.

I feel like for this to be a proper challenge, there should be more stuff in the omelette.

12 egg omelette my ass.. I did a 20 egg with 12 slices of cheese 6 sausage patties hash browns and toast .. Down the gullet in 5 minutes..
