Wow, 8 years this first appeared on KZread. Henrietta and I have since split and i'm now living with a Zambian woman named Eve. She runs an online business selling hand crafted throw cushions and I've just coming to the end of my inheritance. Bit concerned but I've still got the £10 million I made selling the country house in Derbyshire so all's well. Glasto next year. Toodlepip.

Oh, it's just SO like what my pals and i get up to! i went to Glasto this year and Rupert bought the most AMAZING pills from some fellow who he went to Eton with, and Henrieta and i were completly out of our skulls for hours. Absolutly bloody good fun! my only complaint was that i was left with the most enormous stiffy for nearly two whole weeks and i can't tell you the looks i got at the Residents association meeting... no invites to the Christmas bash this year....

Greetings, fellow festival lovers! Let's dive into an intriguing topic on our KZread comments page - the evolution of festivals over the years. It's fascinating to observe how festivals have transformed from being primarily attended by hippies, travelers, and the like, to now attracting a more diverse crowd, including middle-class individuals who sometimes appear like tourists. However, along with this change, there seems to be an issue with littering, which can detract from the overall experience. We'd love to hear your thoughts on this shift and how it has impacted your festival experiences. Share your stories! Have you attended festivals recently? We want to know about your best and worst moments at these events. Whether it was an unforgettable musical performance, connecting with like-minded souls, or even overcoming challenges, we'd love to hear all about it! Also, let's talk about the other festivals you've been to and the incredible artists you've seen there. Sharing these experiences can inspire others and help us all discover new events worth attending. As always, let's maintain a respectful and kind environment in our discussions. If you're enjoying the content, please consider liking and subscribing to the channel to stay connected with more exciting festival-related content. Your support means the world to us! 🎵🎉

That and guaranteed good weather...over 40 degrees this year. Nice one Adam!

Middle class? I'm ripping YOU for being middle-class, remember. Ill admit though, you're pretty funny for a posh toff from the outskirts of Hampstead Heath. I doubt the yardies would have owt to do with us, given we're covered head to foot in coal dust, with our gargoyle-esq Northern facial features from years of rave wear-and-tear more than resembling a Maori warface, and a strongly held belief that dentistry is "the work of witches." Mind you, you weekend hipsters do wear some funny hats.

Music festivals are just very expensive status symbols now. Very few care about the music, all you can see lately are white middle class types with their haircuts and their smartphones taking 200 photos an hour, as though they'd die from lack of attention otherwise. It totally kills the atmosphere of a music festival when the majority of people there are more worried about having the "festival look" rather than letting loose and enjoying yourself. I blame Fearne Cotton. *rant over*
