Throughout Dr. Jana Gordon's time volunteering with the ACVIM, she has helped the ACVIM transition from focusing on individual specialty development to establishing an interconnection between veterinary specialists and the veterinary community. Dr. Gordon's hope for the next 50 years is that the ACVIM continues to focus on specialty education for the members of our college as well as developing course work for the needs of residents in training programs.
