My Mother was just diagnosed with AML and this Video helped me a Lot to calm me down and understand there is a Great Chance to keep my Mother and get her back home and being as Stubborn as she normally is. How'd it go? My buddy had a biopsy on Thursday and was diagnosed with AML Friday and started chemo yesterday. I pray everything is OK with your sister

Thank you so much Dr! Very informative! I’m in my 6th year of Essential Thrombocythemia. I was a “Platelet Millionaire”. I fail Hydrea, it didn’t fail me, I failed it. It worked for me along with Anagrelide. Had to stop Hydrea, side affects were horrific!! Been on Anagrelide ever since. What hospital are you with? I would love for you to be my Dr!! Oh yea, I’m 66. Healthy and active in every other respect! Thanx again! 👏👏👏👏👏

Doctor, thankyou. What about age of the patient? I am 66 with MDS going into Aml (blasts 20%), anemic for years: 11.4 now 10.4. I had an operation 2 1/2 years ago to remove 20cm. of diverticular diseased colon, Now feeling fine until the Doctor told me I have 2-3 months to live. Feel weak before a meal, fine after. I realise you cannot diagnose from this but would you agree with my hematologist that I am too old to bear chemo treatment?

@Malin Hansson hi i was on arsenic for the whole week for 2 hours a day for 12 mths and i was sick of it but i need it. i'm 50 year old and i need to get to 70 or 80 year old, i'm sorry for you mum she needs it ((is not arsnic to kill dogs or cats))
