Nice explicit videos AcuPractice, please tell me when needling DU20 when would you choose to needle in a backwards or forward direction?and is there that sort of choice for DU 23 as well?? thanks

For consistency, and ease of needle handling, I generally needle Du 20 from front to back, and DU 23 from back to front. It's mainly a matter of personal choice.

If palpated carefully, one can palpate the original hairline, even after it's receded.

My professor says Du 20 is at the apex of the head as if you were being strung up from the head like a marionette.

Mostly all my acupuncture teachers and even in Chinese acupressure books and varma points says D 20 at the apex points of the head middle points between the eye brows and ears folded in the centre point , kindly enlighten.but my grandmother's and great grandma used the hollow points of the head for pulling the hair for some reason or another health condition during bathing the babies we can find in boys and men in that space the growth of hair will be like whirl around the scalp
