Jokes aside though, it would be crazy if a good server got going. Hopefully they can figure out some animations and make it where I can bring my V to play.

WD Legion nor DAH Clone didn't even last long. Issue is if there's nothing new added in mp it be abandoned very soon. GTAO is objectively better and GTA 4 didn't even last 6 months. I still remember it.

If this leads to proper 3rd Person animations being added to Cyberpunk that would be HUGE.

I was in the first public test and man (I'm in a couple clips) the RP opportunities are so big! The racing and exploring the interiors together was cool, but my favorite part was when me and another player were riding around in the same car and actually found a gig location with active cameras and live NPCs. We did it all stealth and he even covered me while I jacked into the servers and stole the data (nothing happened but I was able to jack in and out) then we left out the back quietly. That experience alone sold me and I can't wait to see what the next couple years look like for CyberMP

I can't wait to see how they would implement Sandevistans and time slows into the server

@@Vaczil Yes… But sometimes people will have to make a similar but different system in multiplayer. What I suggested is a whole lot better than just flat out removing it. TBH that’s probably how it would’ve worked in the multiplayer originally too.

The fact that this looks like it runs better than most live service games coming out today...

Lol CDPR had the opportunity to do that with "airdrops" but some idiot believed it was great idea to solely for puppytown when they could have spread air drops across the map could have been scavs vs wraiths vs malestrom vs tyger claws vs Valentinos vs 6th St vs Moxes but what we got was nonexistent factions and you never get gigs or side gigs from no Aldecaldo member or moxes members hopefully the sequel does it right but I'm doubting CDPR will actually give us the actual cyberpunk experience unless you're on pc port of cyberpunk 2077 you're good only because of mods

Trauma team co-op missions write themselves. So sick. Its like swat+ems all in one. Add in MaxTac missions too. Have a story where you get to see how corrupt Night Corp is and how they re-educate cyberpsychos to be maxtac operatives. I want this, it would be so cool

They don't like videos or sub so the channels don't get promoted in the algorithm. These aren't like what people do on Instagram or other social media platforms to fake their engagements. What are their plans on how to deal with Kerenzikov and Sandevistan? Will those just not be options in MP?

Its insane that CPDR make an amazing virtual environment like Night City and then do nothing like this with it. 3 more ideas: Player driven clans where you actively compete for control of regions though industry, economics or brute force. Functional instanced property ownership. Buy all kinds of spaces, from apartments to clan warehouses, factories, or shops. Fully "fleshed" out AI relationships with any NPC you meet on the streets.

The race where everyone all went the wrong direction for a solid few seconds is so relatable. It's the kind of hive mind stupidity that's briefly concerning, but nonetheless humorous and those moments truly make me feel connected to my fellow people.

Hi its good to see videos making justice to the mod s1nger is making. He is really working hard to make sure everything works fine and is also slowly adding things. In a few months Roleplay servers are going to a boom indeed. For the moment we just need to wait until things get cooked.

I'm not sure if we see the explanation in the video, but I'm curious on how the use of a Sandevistan or Kerenzikov would affect other players

Will/is the sandevistan available to use in the multiplayer, I’m not sure how it would work if it is implemented.

If all skills and abilities in the main game are available, it would be the most obnoxious, frustrating PvP scenario ever lol. You would be constantly suffering quickhacks... but you would be way OP too so everyone would be an-on fire, invisible, teleporting invincible bullet sponge. 😂😂😂 It would have to have limits and restrictions on cyberware and hacks or it would be like GTA Online with a server full of modders.

Everyone is identical, this needs a way to transfer your custom image setup whilst in the lobby ,to every other person in that lobby. This way they actually see a custom you. Every item of clothing in the game would need its code, so you transfer those codes and rely on each individual system already having those items to recreate you. This would work the same way every system is expected to have the same map.

This might be enough to get me back to playing Cyberpunk.

Finally, we can form our own Edgerunners crew!

It would be cool if you could play the campaign while the multiplay was on, when you are inbetween missions or if you toggle it on or off. IMO Cyberpunk would be way better if you could play the main campaign with full online integration. Then you could track other players down and rob them or help someone on a hard mission.

Mini-games and co-op mission would be perfect, more like club penguin, less more like RP, just chat and have fun.

Co-Op quest would be my absolute main reason for this. Futuristic GTA with friends and no murder hobos in the lobby would be amazing.

honestly the only sort of questing I'd want from something like this is the Fixer Gigs and NCPD Criminal Activity, maybe, if someone can get a mod for it going (if there is already, let me know as I haven't been keeping up with the modding scene of the game since the last patch), a truly radiant gig system (just basic kill or steal ones in locations that are already gig (or story mission) locations so that defenses are already there)

was expecting MP on the original cyberpunk where people could share missions/gigs like if it was a game master mode, KILLING replayability on amazing games nowadays is a shoot of its own foot, companies could spend a little more and make much more than a ending and uninstall game. we could all be buying game master packs now from Red's getting our MP gang (could even have a companion mode if team is not full) and completing each other missions :/ gamemasters could be creating gigs with gigs leaderboards reward, etc, living the dream you guys know it right?

Coop campaign is the thing im interested in, just two player would be nice, thats what cdpr should focus on.

The multiplayer always seemed like such a fun idea, kinda like a far cry 3 style where you join the world and mess around for awhile

When it comes to Co-op there are multiplayer mods out there already that have proven how difficult it is. Skyrim Together is probably the biggest example, its a great mod for a fun multiplayer experience but when you add quests into the mix, it starts to cause a TON of issues with desync and tracking.

CDPR lied about coop at least twice. Not surprising fans added it themselves.

They really could make one more expansion by simply making more insides of buildings so it actually feels vertical like they promised originally, and then make this mod part of the game so we can have 64 or 128 player Battle royale or cut the whole map into mini maps. Man, every kind of game mode would be cool. You could even do the Halo Zombie mode with Mantis Blades.

Just imagine how cyberware combat would function, insane development time but return would be sick

smooth gameplay matters way more than aesthetic animations for a single person mod for multiplayer

I mean multiplayer is fun, but all I've dream about since day 1 is Role Play in cyberpunk, like It's legit my gamer dream, I've even already create my backstory and my character for it

Once REDkit is ported over to cyberpunk the animation issue will probably be solved. Other NPCs have 3rd person animations already for all the weapons & abilities (Maybe besides player exclusive stuff like finishers & double jumps). Porting other a state-machine from other NPCs & modifying it would be a game changer. REDkit would also enable us to get a workable 3rd person camera w/ 3rd person animations for those that really want 3rd person animations!

@@CorelUser The only reason the player does not have 3rd person animations is because there's no need. You can't see yourself in the game but everything is there to add animations

The day I can play through the cyberpunk campaign with my boys (regardless of how dodgy that would be) I'll know humanity has peaked.

This looks incredibly fun, modders are amazing. Imagine the possibilities

Nice to see this mod actually getting off the ground as it started development back in cyberpunk 2077 1.1 patch days but was extremely buggy with co-op working more like Fable 2 e.g you could see "ghosts" of other players but had to sync your worlds together by holding use on each other but did have alot of interesting features inspired by GTA online like buying property and running gangs with npcs gang members etc. sadly they never seemed to be able to keep with the games developer patch rate after 1.2, an official patch would break the mod so badly that it often took months to fix only for the next patch to drop.

I heard they've hired a whole bunch of modders for Orion cause they're really good at what they do. The fact that one person was able to develop this is wild - also I bet they tested and surveyed way more than CDPR usually do 😂

a race with some of the nomad cars and other armed cars and we suddenly got Redline. Even got a few cars that look like a Trans Am

This is crazy to see and probably will be exponentially massive for rp and city roaming fun, but the confirmation of the author not working on quest sync or any form of story co-op features kills any sort of hype for me personally. Unfortunate, but cool

If this will be able to work like how FiveM works for GTA and can handle a large amount of players, the servers on this would be legendary.

Always wanted to RP in a Cyberpunk World

Cyberpunk has potential to be peak or what it should have been at launch when the red kit gets released.

If a guy alone already did that imagine if the devteam decided to help him... Honnestly the only thing is lacking is animation maybe finding a way to put it in third person only but using npc animations ? But honnestly a cyberpunk online mod where i could chill with my brother doing parkour and rp on servers would be incredible so animations and maybe some replayable gigs would be perfect
