A freaking four-second audio clip made me cry. I love Max and Chloe so much! Forever my favorite love story of all time, and always the one that’ll hold the most special place in my heart. Their story is what got me to accept I’m queer and stop mentally killing myself. Don’t know where I’d be without Life Is Strange. Would give anything to have just one more game with them together as a happy couple.

I'm late to all of this and to your comment but as suggested you should read the comics ( and the Ouroboros fanfic maybe, it's actually really good ). Also there are rumors, emphasis on rumors, that LiS 4 will have Max and Chloe as protagonists again.

@@lifeisstr4nge i saw it on reddit, so it's far from 100% legit but reddit did predict true colors a year in advance so who knows. What is sure tho is that we'll still get plenty of LiS games ( 5 before 2026 according to DeckNine ) and i hope one of them will be centered around Max and Chloe again

I'm pretty sure that in the sacrfice chloe ending max and warren are dating because in the comics there was a timeline where warren knew about her powers and they were a couple but I guess it's your decision to make

My god! Max is crying as if a lifetime relationship and or marriage is impossible with Chloe with so much at stake and she has no choice but to sacrifice her true love from as a child. Even Chloe doesn’t want Max to leave but understands finally what Max has to do and why she has to leave her behind. Even I can feel how heart broken Max is. 🥺❤️‍🩹

@@jackcutter2 Lis came out in 2015, the same year the Supreme Court's decision in the US to legalize gay marriage was passed. The political discourse around gay marriage years before and even after the Supreme Court's decision influenced media and even changed many games, movies, and TV shows. To this very day, conservatives are still pushing back against LGBTQ representation in media. 6 years ago, it was way worse. American conservatism has directly opposed queer rights on multiple occasions now and in the past. I have to agree with OP that this line was probably removed due to political discourse and the game being developed and launched at a very dark time for LGBTQ rights and acceptance. To deny this is pure ignorance. To say that American conservatism is not in opposition of LGBTQ rights is utterly preposterous and undoubtedly moronic.
