Harsha Vardhan is a character actor, comedian and screenwriter. I've watched Khaleja 50+ times. Every frame created by Trivikram is marvellous. Pokiri oka pedda block buster. Tharavatha vachina Sainikudu & Athidhi kaina manchi film Khaleja. Everybody expected a movie more than Pokiri. Khaleja is an evergreen movie.

Khaleja cinema is one my favourite movie in trivikram direction (Dialogues and story super👌👌) and in mahesh babu’s career.

Yes I am also fan of khaleja movie.I think It's realising time was not correct.
I know. They haven't prepared the audience on what type of movie they gonna watch !! At times when u make a intellectual or a bit experimental stuff, u hav to showcase it in a proper way thru the trailors & teasers !! In tollywood, for Star Hero mvies - audience cum to theaters with certain expectations. Same is the case with Athadu. So is why, they have done absolutely well on the TV as audience watched it without any expectations and therfore they liked it the way it was actually shot/natrated/directed !!

Aptly put. Khaleja was in public talk since it’s fight for title of movie with Kalyan Ram. Hence the movie was renamed ‘Mahesh Trivikram Khaleja’. Now from the title itself, people expect huge action drama and especially when a star like Mahesh is appearing on screen after a 2 and half year gap. The trailers or teasers of the film too didn’t allude to presence of comedy or light heartedness of the movie. If anything, they underlined the myth that it’s going to be an out and out action movie. Considering most the the audiences that attend the previews and first day shows to be his die hard fans, there is no wonder they’re disappointed and subsequently the movie flopped.

Phani Sagar athadu was an exceptional hit at the time in the US, it’s what opened up his potential in America. But it’s an overall hit movie not just overseas

మహేష్ బాబు అనుష్క ను బూతులు తిట్టడం, విలనిజం ఎలివెట్ కాకపోవడం, మాస్ టైటిల్ చూసి తియేటర్ కు వెళ్ళిన ప్రేక్షకుడికి క్లాసిక్ టచ్ తో కూడిన సినిమా కథనం ఎక్కక పోవడం వీటన్నిటికీ మించి హీరో పక్కన హీరోయిన్ సెట్ కాక పోవడం కారణంగా అద్భుత కథనం, కథాంశం,నటవిన్యాసం వున్నా ఆడియన్స్ కు తొలి విక్షణలో ఎక్కలేదు అన్నది నా అభిప్రాయం.

Reason for flop of khaleja Movie higher expectations.. Mahesh didnt do movie for past 2 yrs before khaleja.. And it has incresed the fans expectations.

@@shyamregani7883 true ,it doesn't deserve to be an utter flop , worse films than khaleja have become hits. I didn't watch it in theatre ,but watched it few times on TV . The more you watch ,the more you like it .may be that's the reason why it hasn't done well in theatre s
