Afterwards, the Dutch Grandmaster Sipke Ernst will discuss several types of material imbalances in the endgame. A common theme that deserves special attention is the sacrifice of a piece for several pawns.
In this video, GM Sipke Ernst will show an interesting idea for an endgame position where the side with the knight is sacrificing a pawn in order to get access with the king.
