Ofcourse its down to the fact that Chinese MS players are ranked much better than their Korean counterparts and there are three MS matches compared to 2 MD matches in the tie.

Yea, Lee was up with the 4 Kings in standard, a very complete player.
China just beat Korea the same way Denmark beat Malaysia. Lose both doubles but win all 3 singles

@@jink2903 He wasn't "not qualified", he just didn't participate in the qualification test. Seems like he's moving on to just playing within Korea or retirement.
Liang/Wang are too inconsistent these days. They have a poor head to record against all teams apart from Rankireddy/Shetty in the top 5.

I should have reframed my words saying that their H2H is poor against top 10 teams, rather they fail at later stages of the tournaments against the top teams. They should have had more trophies considering their potential. According to me, the rankings according to their potential would be 1-Liang/Wang 2-Rankireddy/Shetty 3-Kang/Seo 4) Chiah/Soh 5) Alfian/Ardianto 6) Hoki/Kobayashi 7)Astrup/Rasmussen

Liang/wang lose the game simply because Wang had injured his racquet hand finger, which affected his front net shots.
