Very beautiful way of explaining it. I loved this technique. I tried act as if before, it really feels fake to such a degree can't tell you. It last for few hours or minutes and then when you hit the reality you are gone. This technique is bit different as you need to stand in front of the mirror for few minutes only and for rest of the day you just vibrate those feelings. Seems workable for me.
