1st coat cement based putty aur phir second coat finishing ke liye acrylic putty use kar sakte hai kya

Agar aap water based color use kar rahe hai to water based primer use kare aur agar oil based color use karne wale hai to oil based primer use karna hoga

Putty is must for plain smooth wall..So It's better to apply putty on plastered wall before applying paint for the first time
