I just started my nail journey about a couple months ago by teaching myself from home. I always put myself down due to not being licensed and as well as others who are better of course. I've been in my nail journey for about a year and just starting to get ok at my acrylic application. I'm also becoming more confident in myself, definitely not overly so but I practice every day and I'm finally beginning to see some positive results. And I'm just so excited to try and learn new things and you definitely help with that in your videos. I like that you share the whole process, products and share new products. A lot of nail techs gatekeep and that makes it hard. But I'm starting to get interested in rubber base gels, builder gels... idk about hard gels, they're a little intimidating to me for some reason. But I love acrylic and it's what I'm focused on growing in. Thank you so much for your continued generosity to your subs. Hopefully I win this time. Fingers Crossed. See ya on the next video!

I don't even use the same products as you (I don't work with acrylic, at all), but I keep coming back to your videos because you're always to helpful and explain everything that you're doing, your designs are always GORGEOUS, and you're a really sweet person. You're always so soften spoken and trying to encourage everyone. I also love just how much you've given back to your subscribers. Giving cash out of your own pockets is something that NO ONE else does, and it's absolutely amazing to see someone that is willing to help others like that because you never know when that $100 is going to be the difference between someone putting food on their table and starving for a week. Especially with prices being as high as they are now. My husband and I struggle from paycheck to 2 days before paycheck because of these high prices. It's ridiculous. But thank you for being such an amazing person!

The worst thing you can do is not start, someone’s always watching . Just gotta be consistent. You can start on your phone I use the CapCut app to edit my videos and Picsart app for my Thumbnail photos I just restarted my page the other day Just start ladies and be consistent in posting even quick 15-60sec Shorts if that’s where you need to start . I am a student at UH but my life has always been about art and bringing colors into different pallets . Canvases, makeup and nails. College is not cheap so little by little I’ve put money aside to buy my nail supplies. So far I only have one acrylic powder from dynamic nail supply that I use on my mom and I. I would love expand my creativity with more colors and ideas. To be truthfully honest, becoming a nail tech has always been in the back of my mind. I‘ve watched hours of videos of yours and other creators from acrylic, gel-x, builder gel, polygel and solid gel . My main focus is acrylic and I’ve learned a lot from you as far as sterilizing my bits with barbicide to encapsulate. If it’s not me you choose, at least this is my chance to show you my gratitude for you sharing your knowledge. You inspire many of us.

I've never used Tones products or heard of them..I'm fairly newer to Acrylic but I am new sub and found you through your Acrylic brush cleaning short which helped alot it was great 👍. I love seeing a diff perspective and side of things cuz I get to learn so much. Thank you for sharing awesome content. I will absolutely be back for the next one. Set is beautiful The application is my fav part.💜💜😉 I def want to improve my liquid to powder ratio bc it needs work but bc I either have to much or not enough sometimes. Watching the way you dipped your brush an taping it imma have to try that lightly so I can perfect the ratio. This helped thank you. 😊

My nail journey started a few months before I gave birth so my progress has been slow. Now that my baby turned a year, is easier to care for, naps are just a little longer, I've started practicing again. Getting better at shape and thickness but my application still needs work and with learning about and buying better products, I'm seeing some progress. Wow that is amazing for u to do $100 a month to someone. Iv watched ur videos & never miss 1 for over a yr now & I never knew this!!!!!! Anyways I graduated from cosmetology in 2005 I stopped doing nails n 2011 & just started doing them again in 2019 I started watching utube & bc of that I got inspired again so I'm back taking clients again it took me along time to feel confident enuf to do others nails again. My nail journey is going slow. I’m still learning. I just got the acrylic ratio right thanks to your numbers method video but Im having trouble shaping my nails and I use a cheap drill so I find my nails to be a bit bulky. Filing and shaping looks easy on video but I’m having such a hard time with it.

I've been doing my own nails for a few months now. I still have a long way to go. Sometimes I still struggle with the whole structure of the nail. Mainly the apex. But I keep trying and I just do some extra filing when I don't do so well. But I love doing my own nails. I can do them however I want and on my schedule. So it's nice 😊
