I am personally VERY thankful for your video. I learned more about all those products and how to apply, what to expect, than I'd expected initially. While the young lady may have perhaps been a wee nervous in front of the camera, I think she does Truly know her stuff! She doesn't just 'talk the talk'. And as she pointed out more than once, you'll learn a lot more by personal experimentation. Many of the mediums give the same or slightly similar effects, so there's really a somewhat limited dialogue that can be had. I mean, how many different ways can "glossy' or 'matte' be explained? Not too many, and she did a damned good job at trying to avoid sounding like a broken record with repeating descriptions! ;) And I learned about a bunch I've never seen before. I liked seeing all of her samples & larger pieces, too. Thank you all very much! If I'm ever in Canada I'll look your store up! ;) But for now in Colorado, U.S., I'm just off to see what chaos I can create with my paints. ;)

I didn’t hear all of them, but what she says about pouring medium is completely incorrect.

I assume this was a school project. You did good. You should have given Mary some talking time. She was a big help cleaning up. You should do more of this type of video, most people haven't a clue on mediums.

Fantastic video your demonstration of each product prompted me to order the pearl mica flake and the gold mica flake while I was still watching. You should do more videos please! Also, put your paintings up we all want to see more of your work. Ignore the trolls and a rude nasty people who have nothing better to do in life but criticize.

La difference Deserres, c'est qu'il y a toujours une personne qui m'aide a trouver le produit qui va etre le meilleur pour l'effet que je veux faire. J'ai seulement 3 annees de formation ou j'ai pris des sessions en crylique, acrylique abstrait, dessin, decouverte des arts et encore je veux decouvrir de nouvelles techniques et produits afin de m'ameliorer par le contenu academique et pratique. J'aurais aime un video ou les effetsr proposes par les produits seraient plus gros, les canvas plus grands et une version francaise disponible ici et pour les visiteurs venant de pays lointains qui achetent nos produits lors d'un sejour ici comme moi je fais pour un produit non-disponible ici. Merci et un update trimestriel serait apprecie sur les nouveautes comme exemple sont les color Berry. Merci

Hello, I was priming a canvas with golden gloss medium on a layer of acrylic gesso with the idea to paint with ink, but now I want to paint with acrylic, so is a good idea to paint with acrylic on the gel gloss medium surface?...

very interesting and informative. I wish you would have showed the after of using the pouring medium - i.e. after it had dried. Also, samples could have been done in a larger format - a bit hard to see in video.

Get rid of your camera operator. Filming is a method of communication; when you talk, the camera must fallow. You have valid information that the camera and/or the editor couldn’t deliver your message. Find yourself someone in your caliber. I couldn’t watch your video till end because of it.

I don't think she has any clue what the hell she's talking about. it seems like she is giving a presentation without having used the products, nor having any idea for the use of the products.
