The annual Elmina Bakatue Festival came off this year 2024 in grand style as always. chiefs, priests, Asafo companies and the good people of Elmina (Edina) celebrated this August festival. Nana Kwodwo Kondua VI, the King of Elmina welcomed the diaspora, citizens and well wishers for a successful ritual marking the beginning and end of the week long celebration.
